I cannot say enough good things about this tool set with attachments. I’m giving a full 5 stars! The power drill itself is a little slower moving but for our 2 year old grandson, it was perfect! He has been obsessed with this set and it keeps his little hands and mind busy! It’s very functional and the durability is outstanding. All edges are soft and smooth! Lots and lots of pieces so I used a clear embroidery floss box and all the pieces fit perfectly! It also fit into the case it came with. So keep that tip in mind to help sort and organize the many pieces to it. I really like that the power drill/screw driver has a safety features for battery storage. They installed tiny screws that recess in around the battery plate to keep little fingers from pulling them out. It has interchangeable tips for basic drilling. The stationary screwdriver is large enough for small hands yet not too big. Just the right size! There is also a hex wrench that he used around the bolts that were included. The little round non- threaded caps fit perfectly in the holes but not much you can do with them.Plus, I found you have to pop them out from under the board to remove them. A child will have a more difficult time not only figuring that out but also getting them out. I still give a full five stars because there is so much to love about this cute set! Note to the design team: well done but switch out the rounded buttons for something else or include a hammer to pound them in holes with. Would highly recommend this for ages 2 and up!

This is a really great and engaging tool for curious minded little ones who like to build and explore. Watch the videos people have posted if you don't understand how it works. It's so cool. This STEM toy is colorful, fun, inspiring, creative, engaging and educational. It does not disappoint in person. The drill works well and is adorable and cool! Kid friendly and it makes parents happy, too. Not for children who put tiny bits in their mouths. There are many small pieces in the kit and there could be potential for choking, for some children. If your child doesn't do that then it's a great gift idea. There are a lot of nuts, bolts and other pieces included! The fact that the case for storing it is integrated into the design is brilliant and makes clean up and storage easy. There is a full color pamphlet inside that kids will probably not directly use to create those exact things shown, but it definitely gives ideas to INSPIRE creativity and is useful for that more than as an instructional of how to create each thing. No flaws, manufacture issues or chemical or plastic odors. All's good. For those considering it as a gift: The set comes in a carboard box and it's pretty easy to wrap. Only the handle peeks out of the top of the box. Don't forget to include batteries for the drill. The drill takes two AA batteries and the case they go in does secure with a small (metal) screw of its own. The kit does not include a tiny screwdriver for the battery compartment so don't forget to have that on hand.

Lots of parts and lots of entertainment!

Got this as a gift for a friend's child and they love playing with it. They love building with things like legos, connects, and other building blocks so this was perfect for him. I thought it might be something he used a couple times and forgot about but it kept his attention longer than most everything else.

My 6 & 3 year old couldn’t wait to open this box! After opening, they played together for 30 minutes completely absorbed in what they were doing. I love that there is just sooo many things you can build — your imagination is the limit. Additionally, you can build flat on the holes surface or even build upwards. The toy comes with a booklet with tons of ideas to get the kids started. The case itself serves as a holder for all of the pieces (kind of like a suitcase) when you’re done and want to put it away. I do wish it came with a pouch to store all of the pieces while you are using them but I just used a large ziplock bag and it’s fine.

I believe every child is special and different but this toy help my five year kid to learn motor skills and stay focused. A best value for money toy!!!

I bought this for my 8 yr old son who has Down Syndrome and autism. I wanted a way to teach him ‘righty tighty and lefty loosey’ to help with his skill of opening lids. The pieces are too small for a child who might stick things in their mouth’s, but they’re perfect for his age. They’re small enough that he hast to work a little bit hard to get them into the holes, and to grab them well to rotate them but not so small as to make him too frustrated with it. When his hands get tired he can use the drill, or the screwdriver. The pieces are colorful and fairly durable with the handy storage case that also acts as a board for drilling and creating patterns. Overall a good investment.

Best toy for creativity. Better than blocks. My toddler can play with this for long period of time

I wanted to give a gift that a girl is unlikely to get and might possibly point her into a future hobby or career. Zen absolutely LOVES this building set. The electric screwdriver is more than a big hit! This building set is wonderful. There are enough pieces of each configuration that running out of parts is unlikely. The plastic feels good to the touch and the bright colours are certainly what children prefer. Putting pieces together and putting the screws in is easy, both with the manual and the electric screwdriver. The size and bulk of the pieces make them quite easy to find in the shag carpet. Zen could not be happier. Just a little guidance was required, but Zen actually figured most of it out herself, even self standing structures. She is SOOoooo proud of herself, and is showing even older boy cousins a thing or two. This is the kind of toy EVERY child should have. It helps with spatial distance and coordination. You learn clock and anticlockwise -without the term unless a clever parent slips that in... And it is so much fun watching her joyous play.
