Mental clarity when taken in high doses. I'm about 145 5'8, 3-4 scoops in water and don't need caffeine. Doesn't give an energizing boost or anything it just takes away the fogginess and feeling like I just wanna rest.

Good so far, dissolves nicely and pretty much any drink, no taste or flavor that I have noticed. Hard to know if anything is happening with it but still feel good and fine after workouts. Will continue to use and see how it goes. Seems to be plenty of product for 1 scoop daily as bottle recommends.

I had a gallbladder removed some years ago and as a result, digesting foods and getting energy has been an issue. This stuff has helped so much and I've only been using it about 2 and a half weeks. A little goes a long way. A scoop in the morning with coffee. A scoop with a waterbottle to hold me off another hour or two, or even three, and another one later in the evening (tea, dinner, another water) and I feel good and balanced again. It feels like when I eat I actually absorb more from the food and process it into energy. I'm starting to feel like my old self again. There is no taste, so you can put it in anything. It's even helped with my migraines and dizzy spells and light sensitivity. I love this stuff.
