I've been looking for an 8mm plate for my #12 grinder for awhile with no luck. My usual source only has hubbed plates in that size. Then I found it here for way less than my regular supplier. But it is the very same brand, just doesn't have the suppliers name engraved on it.

I've only used this once but it was everything I was hoping. Most importantly, it fits my #12 "Meat" grinder plus it great quality and the #6 size results in the best mouth feeling sausage I've made.

It is definitely hard and 440 C stainless. My particular meat grinder has a larger, dowel pin than some, obviously. As the wheel wouldn’t go past my larger Dowel pin. Little “angle grinding” in the groove remedy all.

This looks to be a very quality item. Unfortunately it doesn't fit in my #12 grinders. I'll give it 5 stars because it looks well made. Not sure if the grinder or the plate is sized wrong.

The cutting disc is made of Stainless Steel and fits my electric #12 grinder perfectly. No problem with burrs, and the sharpness of the hole surface is very good. The disc is stamped "INOX"

This solved my requirement for holding the shaft whilst stuffing using my grinder. It is well made but stuffing the sausages using the grinder is a pain. I bought a sausage stuffer and so this is now delegated to coarse grinding. It is well made.

Fits a LEM #12 just like the factory plates and quality is identical but for almost half the price.
