One year update - I have suffered from hair loss my whole life. I remember going to the doctor at 12 years old for hair loss already. When I was 20 I had my thyroid removed. I’m sure that aggravated it even more. That being said, now that I am 37, I can see I have tried a lot of things from drugs to natural. In doing research I found the best alternative to minoxidil was topical melatonin. I was very surprised to find that this was the only company with something Decent available. I have been using this product for one year now, along with the EFA & their ferritin supplement For about six months. Personally I do not like the DHT blocker, but maybe I did not persevere with it long enough. But I can say that I truly feel like those three products together really transformed the quality of my hair. I haven’t seen any miracles, but I have seen a consistent stop of shedding overtime, hair growth, And the infilling of the more things out areas/almost bald spots. I naturally have very thin hair, and although a miracle would be nice, that is not very I naturally have very thin hair, and I’ll do a miracle would be nice, that is not very probable lol I am pretty sure that If you stay consistent If you stay consistent with this, you will see results. But like I said, it is been a whole year for me.And I intend to use it for another year, and then maybe try they had with the lights. On another note I love how the melatoninIt’s so easy to use, and it does not change my hair routine. It does not leave any residue or heaviness. I just wish the bottles were bigger for the price that it is.

It works, but it stinks going on - however - don’t dispair! It dries quickly and then you can’t smell it anymore, even up close and personal. My husband said it smells like an ashtray at first but when I gave it time to dry he gave it the smell test and it passed! I love how it makes my hair feel and I definitely got more hair thickness and density. I just done trying the whole Nutrafol system for 4-months and didn’t get any real growth, increased density or thickness (I did get healthy clean hair, but that’s attainable for less cost elsewhere). Anyway - this stuff works for me and I totally recommend it. It has clinical studies that back it up. Don’t worry about the smell - it goes away when it dries and you’ll be real happy with the way your hair feels right away and even happier when you start seeing results.

It seems to have made the situation worse. Many of the ingredients are for reducing the amount of oil on the scalp. Well…brown people need oil on their scalp. I don’t believe this was developed with us in mind. While there are some beneficial ingredients, the good doesn’t outweigh the bad. Product also contains alcohol as a drying agent…another no-no for brown skinned scalps. I could have posted a before photo as hair was just thin. Now… it’s embarrassing.

I am 6 months postpartum and have been treated for hypothyroidism while pregnant. I believe these factors coupled with lack of sleep and unrelated stress on top of this have caused me to lose more hair than I’ve ever seen postpartum before, and I’ve had 4 children. The hair loss has been alarming with visible scalp everywhere and hairs falling out with white bulbs nonstop. Instead of going the minoxidil route, I decided to give these products a try. After starting on the DHT blocker and Folligrowth (roughly 2 months), I added in Nutra M and have used it for 1 month. It’s easy to incorporate into my nightly routine and only takes a few minutes to add onto my scalp and hairline before bed. There is a slight alcohol smell but it seems to fade as it dries and I imagine it helps deliver the product effectively into the hair follicles. It certainly isn’t intolerable. I have not noticed any tingling or itching from the niacin whatsoever nor any unpleasant side effects. My hair loss continues to slow and the new growth has now filled in the majority of visible scalp spots. After about 2 months I have not seen more than 1 or 2 hairs falling out with the white bulb if any and it used to be 50 hairs a day easily. I am eager to see the results after more months of use of these 3 products together. As I have only been using for a month and use the nutra M in conjunction with the above mentioned supplements I can’t speak to its efficacy as a stand alone, but as a whole I’ve seen very promising results. The ingredients and the science behind it make sense and I will continue to track my progress.

I really think this serum has helped my hair. My only problem has to do with the current design of bottle - it leaks. It leaks every time I use it, not just when traveling. I hope they fix this problem because it's not cheap.

I wish I could’ve taken pictures but honestly I purchased this product hoping for the best and not expecting anything. I was diagnosed with genetic hair loss and I began searching and researching oils products natural products expecting to see amazing results like the pictures shown. I was pretty depressed that at such a young age I felt like I was going to go bald. I applied the serum religiously at night at 1st it stung and I thought oh no another product that will not work. It stated on the bottle some irritation can occur. I guess it’s only a matter of time before your scalp adjusts. When I washed my hair I noticed less hair loss but didn’t pay too much mine. The following wash I noticed my hair was more manageable and washing my hair was such a breeze but there was hardly compared hair loss compared to the balls of hair I would end up gathering at every wash. My soul became so happy to know wow this product worked! I will not be bald! I also purchased the Foligrowth. My hair has gotten thicker my see through spots were not so visible. My edges looked normal again. I went back on the site to see when you’ll see results 30-90 days I noticed 90 % of my hair stop shedding. Hair does fall but regular strands here and there not the bunches of stands that would come out while doing my hair or even taking out a hair tie. I knew something was working because there was less hair on my floors the swifter didn’t have nearly as much hair as I was normally used to picking up. Less hair on the broom and vacuum. I was really In shock I ordered a bottle for my mom. She’s been losing hair for ages. I would recommend this product to anyone stay consistent apply it at night but also be mindful that your nourishing your body. The only difference I made was purchase the nutra M and foligrowth and the difference is unreal. It doesn’t leave your scalp greasy oily it goes on smooth and disappears it won’t be noticeable mess with your hairstyle. I keep on looking at my widows peek because it was looking soooo thin. And my hair loss was diffuse so to say it’s stopped is a miracle. I’ll be purchasing this product for life.

I have been experiencing hair loss in all three zones. I have used this serum along with all of the other Advanced Trichology products for about a year now. Hair shedding persists even though I’ve addressed the causes with all of their products, which includes their shampoo, conditioner, and laser cap. At my last quick consultation, they suggested adding minoxidil. I am against that due to the risks (and it usually doesn’t work for middle aged women) and that the shedding hasn’t lessened. I am suprised they could only suggest minidoxil. I have been taking Advanced Trichology products to avoid risky medications. My hair is so thin now that I’m considering a topper or wig. This serum is drying to the scalp if used every day. This product may help postpartum hair loss, however that type of loss tends to resolve itself over time once the hormone levels go back to normal.
