This is NOT a heating pad. It’s not going to warm up like one, either. This is to focus infrared light waves inside your wrist. Your wrist won’t get warm. Do not use longer than 30 mins in one spot, it can leave a red mark (low level burn) on your skin if left in one spot for too long. As for pain relief, this works for me. Give it a shot and see if it works for you.

After seeing Dr. Jo, a physical therapist, demo and advertise this product on her YouTube channel, I bought it. I will no longer take her advice on any product recommendations. This product stinks - it barely omits any heat. Do not buy! It is a waste of $100.

This seems like a well made product however it did not output enough heat to relieve pain. All the hype about it being infrared and deep penetration into muscle tissue is negated by the fact that the space heater on my computer desk is significantly more effective at relieving my pain than this product. If the heat level was adjustable to double or even triple the output I would be excited, but as it is I would bet that if a very damp rag was placed in the unit it would come out cool after over an hour. The instructions say it is normal not to feel much but if I can't feel it then what I feel instead is the pain.

I got this for the chronic wrist pain I have in my left wrist. I can’t hold myself up anymore for push-ups and things like that. I got this to help my pain and after a week of using this my pain is gone! I am slowly able to do push-ups again!

The unit did not work at all. Plugged it in the first time and no power. Clearly there needs to be better quality control. Since I am traveling I now need to figure out how to send this back since simply dropping it off at UPS was not offered to me as a choice. More hassle than it is worth.

I had immediate relief from my pain. It did exactly what they said it would do. I would recommend it to anyone considering. We plan on ordering a larger one for my wife’s shoulder pain.

This is a good product, but it has the potential to be a great product. The downfall to this product it the velcro straps. The band has had some stitchingcome apart and is very this in width so the brace doesn't not always fit snug (when wrist is not swollen). Furthermore, the placement of the velcro strap near the palm area is poorly placed and does not do what it was intended to do. Simple design upgrades.

I used this on my tweaked wrist for a few weeks and my pain disappeared. It is easy to use and does not get too hot.
