V&A Mug with Bee Garden Design, Fine Bone China, Multi-Colour, 450 ml

I’ve been looking for a replacement for my old mug, for a while. I wanted something slightly bigger than a regular mug, and thinner china. I took a chance with this, it looked similar thickness in the images to my current mug, but some comments made me doubt. But I took the chance, and I’m very happy. It might not be as delicate as what some think of as “fine china” but it’s certainly not anywhere like a regular mug, and I can see the shadow of my fingers through it, and the pattern. It’s light, pretty design, and nice shape. The added bonus is the box it comes in, very handy on my dressing table, to keep bits and bobs tidy and handy. You get what you pay for.

The mug is described as fine bone china, it is china, but it's not very fine. Due to the size of the mug, it is unwieldy.

It is a bit expensive but it's nice and light and good for a nice cup of tea. Just the right size for a larger mug.

Very Disappointed in this mug. Not fine bone China, I have cheap ceramic mugs the same thickness of this mug. I was hoping for a thin bone china mug but it definitely is not thin china. The design and shape of the mug are fine but it is too thick to be described as Fine Bone China. Very disappointing.

I always buy these china mugs. I had to get this one as the last one broke, but it's pretty, and the handle isn't too small for my big hands.

I enjoy drinking coffee out of it because it reminds me of my many trips to the V&A. It was larger than I expected too
