Cute but not for man hands
This is very cute, but uncomfortable to hold for anyone with large hands. I bought to use as my morning coffee cup, because I adore elephants. But the handle is small and doesn’t work with my meaty claws. So it is now decor on the shelf with some of my other elephants, which is fine. Just not functional. Note: Amazon ships this in a bubble envelope. The first one I bought arrived shattered. They replaced it immediately, but the second one arrived in...another bubble envelope. Seems silly.

I feel cheated
The mug is cute, but there are spots where there is no glaze. Also, there was a tag on the bottom with the price of $3.99 clearly marked. I paid double that, and half again, not to mention $5.99 in shipping. So I paid $16.00 for a $4.00 mug. Nice.

The product itself is beautiful and in one piece but the box it was delivered in was broken and misshapen. The protective bubble wrapping around the mug was not secured properly so effectively the product had nothing to prevent damage and there was too much room inside the box with nothing to soften the blow to the product if the package was mishandled. Other than that, I have no complaints. The mug looks well made and adorable.
