Ok, first I do not generally give reviews of products. I do read them, but rarely give my opinion. This one however, deserves a review. I have been having lower leg and toe cramps for some time. I tried drinking more water, taking more potassium supplements (I hate bananas) with no relief. After some google searches said to try magnesium glycinate, I decided to give it a try. This magnesium has been a total hit for my family!
