this is the best digestive enzyme bled i have found and use. i don't take it every meal yet almost daily. since i am old it helps support my ability to absorb nutrients from food since we produce less enzymes as we age and some we may not produce at all (causes food reactions, indigestion, heart burn). i have not had heartburn in over 3 yrs since using this product. not all digestive enzymes are equal & this is the best--worth the price!!!

I’ve tried several digestive enzymes over the years with little to no help. Now in treatment for H. pylori and SIBO, my functional medicine practitioner suggested digestive enzymes containing betaine. I hunted til I found these. Take one with every meal and significant less bloating and digestive problems. Wonderful product!
