I've tried hundreds of different jalapenos around India and America. This is by far one of my favorites. On par with the best I've ever tasted. There are other bulk packs buy different companies that are good and cheaper for industrial use. But this was excellent. Fresh crispy, medium spice eat by the spoonfuls.
