I ordered 2 stones from this company. One stone looks Ok, of course far away from real emerald, color is deep green not see through or transparent, basically it’s green pebble. First pebble was fine. However, second one wasn’t OK. This item was wrong size, instead of 5.20 carat as it was described, it is probably half the size of it, plus it had big white inclusion which doesn’t look pretty. Unfortunately, I missed the deadline for returning, called customer service and they didn’t help me with return.

It was awesome and my grandson loved the information card included. He loves gems.

I do believe it's a real emerald, which is nice and was unexpected for that price, the cut is awful and worse than expected, the quality is not as clear, I can still make myself a necklace so, I'm keeping it 🤷‍♀️ I reccomend reading the fine print closely and not expecting any exact item. Rated 4 out of 5 mostly on size for price.

The stone I received, looks just like the picture. It's a very nice stone,and would recommend this product,to anyone looking for a nice medium green emerald, that's cut well,but not clear.
