great for small bolts it tight places.
Purchased this item to go along with the rest of my Milwaukee set. Although I feel Milwaukee makes the best cordless tools on the market, I feel this one could use some improvements. As long as you use this tool in the scope of its abilities it will be a great asset. I use this when working on anything on front covers (belt tensioner bolts, idler pulleys, and yes the front cover itself). I also use this on valve cover bolts, injector hold down bolts, cam housing bolts. This tool comes in handy anywhere clearance is an issue, or where you don't have alot of space to make a full ratchet swing. This tool has a huge button(trigger) to hold down to activate operation, which allows to hold and use the in many different places/hand positions. It has an LED light that activates when you pull the trigger to light up the work area when it dark or poorly lit places. Battery life is good, I have used it all week on a 3.0AH battery haven't needed to charge yet( remember this isn't a tool that you use all night long either) Keep in mind when buying this tool it is a right angle impact, not a cordless ratchet. If the 60ft lbs of torque the tool produces cannot break loose the fastener, you will need another tool to brake it loose. It does not work like an air ratchet because it is classified as an impact. This can also be a blessing, it will NOT jerk your hand into the nearest object to bust your knuckles when it is unable to break a fastener loose either(like an air ratchet will)

Milwaukee is a great brand
I bought this drill for one of our sons. He loves this tool. He uses it to work on automobiles as well as home remodling or repair projects.

Correct tool for the job
This tool takes over where the power screw driver leaves off. I specifically purchased for use on limited access inboard boat motors. The knuckle buster situation and out of position wrenching are eased by having the torque available in your hand. I have found this tool to be indispensable when working on various projects around the house. Currently using to build a fence. I drive 1/4" by 1 1/2" hex head screws to attach the wood rails to metal post connecters. This is a big time saver and really cuts down on the work effort.

Lack of power.
Lack of power and no ratcheting to break a bolt free or tighten up. You have to have the bolt or nut clean and dirt free for it to even work.

Best Impact for Tight Spaces
Better tool than we expected, it is a great tool for tight spaces

Very little torque making it basically useless unless you are installing new fasteners. The drive spins freely with the power off so you cannot manually break stiff fasteners. Socket retaining ring on 3/8 drive is cumbersome and we'll get on your nerves very quickly. The head will swivel in 45 degree increments but requires loosening a screw and a lot of effort to unseat it. I have had this thing for months and haven't yet found a good use for it. I've found my 1/4 hex impact driver to be much more powerful and useful even for automotive work.
