This dehydrator is much quicker and dries evenly throughout all the racks. Is a bit smaller than my old dehyrator. Overall, it is a quality, inexpensive appliance. Like the digital controls and timer, and stainless racks. Used mainly for making jerky.

This dehydrator works well overall, but it would be nice if silicone baking sheets were included. If you want to make fruit rolls or similar items, the package only comes with one plastic tray. The machine is quiet during operation, but it doesn’t fully power off after it finishes; I have to unplug it once it's done. Other than that, it seems to be a solid, semi-industrial quality dehydrator. I hope it lasts a long time.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this machine!!!! I am new at dehydrating things but let me tell you! I can’t stop! I like giving homemade gifts and this is like the best thing ever! So far I have dehydrated one small batch and two full capacity batches! Max capacity is about six pounds of meat. The book that comes with it has some great recipes for meats, fruits and veggies. I have only tried meats so far and they have come out perfect every time! Not knowing what I’m doing and or what to expect I haven’t had one issue with the dehydrator. It comes with six racks a dual use plastic tray and a plastic screen of sorts. I haven’t made anything using the plastic items but I use the tray as a drip pan to keep the bottom of the machine clean. The racks have been really easy to clean as well as the little amount I have had to clean on the machine I can’t give enough likes and or stars for this dehydrator and the ease of use!

I finally used this to make 30 pounds of jerky. It worked very well and cooked evenly. So far, I think its great! My only "complaint" is that when I opened the very neatly packed machine, the top was dented, which must have come from the factory.

This dehydrator is VERY nice! it spacious, adjustable and works like a charm. Well built andeasy to work.

Bought the Cosori Dehydrator recently and am really enjoying it. Works great and is very quiet. Have made a lot of different fruit leathers for my gkids for Christmas. Have also dehydrated chicken paws for our 3 dogs. They absolutely love them. I like the trays too. If you are thinking about a Dehydrator, this one very nice and reasonably priced.

For the price and space this is a great product. I mostly use it to make beef jerky, but it makes great dehydrated fruit too if that’s your thing. The trays are easy to clean, it’s super quiet when running. I made duck jerky, and duck skin treats for my dogs last night and they absolutely love them. 100% recommend. Comes with 5 sturdy shelf’s, a drip tray, and a nice recipe book to get you started.
