TL:dr It's a great product at an amazing price point which is easy to setup and use. It does more that you'd expect.... Long version: Like others you might have looked at the reviews and wondered about the negative ones. I did too. Well it’s worth remembering that you don’t know anything about the skill level or anything else about the person writing the review. Hey, that’s applies to me too! Packaging: no complaints, it’s all there; power cube, cable, mounting bracket and screws. Setup: no complaints. Just install the app, create an account and follow the instructions on the app to connect. It will ONLY work on a 2.4G WiFi connection and you’ll need the password for your 2.4G network. Frankly those having difficulty connecting this product are likely to have difficulty with ANY similar camera as they ALL follow the same connection format. Usage: the online app provides everything that any reasonable person would need and it’s easy to use too. The desktop app isn’t anywhere near as developed as the phone app…. but the device wasn’t intended to be used from a PC. Picture Quality. It’s great. I can monitor my car at night without issue. Local storage: A (not supplied) 128G micro-sd will store about 14 days of my (fairly comprehensive) video. No issues. Cloud Storage: VERY reasonably priced, fully integrated into the app and works very well providing the instances where motion was detected Motion Detection. All those complaining that “it doesn’t provide continuous monitoring” are missing the point and have unreasonable expectations. Here’s the deal; nobody wants to have a continuous recording of, say their baby sleeping, or their car parked on the street because those images aren’t interesting. What IS interesting and useful to have a recording and an alert when SOMETHING HAPPENS. Like baby moves. Or someone is close to your car. Or there is free pizza…. Now, if you really want to have as close to “continuous” recording as possible, just set the sensitivity level to max and it will record the slightest movement. You’ll probably turn the sensitivity level down when you find that recordings of “no movement” was caused by a moth flying by. In short, I have 4 and more are on the way. It’s less than $30 so buy some already. You have just spent more than $30 of your time reading these reviews.

Easy set up. Quality is very clear. Love that I can be out and I can use to check in. I would recommend. And the price is great. If I ever need another camera would this one again

So far so good. Purchased two of these to keep an eye on my parent who was recently diagnosed with dementia. A bit of a learning curve to set-up. Once set-up the cameras have been working great. They track the subject and also swivel 360 degrees. The night picture is very good. The microphone is okay but we have ring cameras and that microphone is just okay too. This is a great little camera at an exceptional price. ADVICE: Be sure to turn on the location for this app and hook up will be a breeze.

The cameras have excellent video quality, even at night. Love how much they are able to pan left to right & up and down. The camera will follow the "moving object" too. The best feature is being able to talk to my pets through the cameras. The quality of these cameras for the price is excellent. The product I received were exactly as described in the product info. I would recommend these cameras to anyone.

Quick, logical, and easy setup. Three ways to change the WiFi network connection, to include via the camera's own WiFi signal using its unique name, a QR code scan, oe via a Bluetooth connection. I altered the connection to the cameras using all three methods just to become familiar ith them before move one of the cameras to a different location, using a different WAN network. It took very little effort to follow the onscreen directions in my iPhone to (re)establish a connection to the camera. The "Console" display let me rotate andx change elevation views very quickly. The microphone and speaker functions are not of interest to me, but I tested them anyway. They worm, and better than I expected them to. Very impressive, in fact. The camera quality is high enough that I am considering using a bank of them at a 3rd house we own where we store several vintage collector vehicles. I had been thinking of installing some industrial grade cameras using a central file server to manage all cameras recordings. It makes more sense financially for me to use these cameras considering the quality of the images and how long I can store recorded video images.

Camara bien pero hay cosas,pasa un gato y lo detecta como persona pero bueno esto es igual! Habia un corte de luz por viento y tengo dos Q6 que tienen ya unos 3 años creo y como suimpre se han vuelto a conectar a la red solas pero esta no se ha conectado y lo peor que me he dado cuenta después de 2 dias. Pero bueno imagen bien!

Ich habe die Wansview 5MP WLAN-Kamera am 9. Mai 2025 gekauft und bin absolut begeistert! Die Kamera wurde schnell geliefert und war innerhalb weniger Minuten eingerichtet – die Bedienung ist sehr benutzerfreundlich. Bildqualität: Die 5MP-Auflösung liefert ein sehr klares und detailreiches Bild, sowohl bei Tageslicht als auch bei Dunkelheit dank der ausgezeichneten Nachtsichtfunktion. Man kann problemlos Gesichter erkennen – das gibt ein sicheres Gefühl! Verbindung: Die Kamera unterstützt sowohl 2,4 GHz als auch 5 GHz WLAN, was für eine stabile Verbindung sorgt. Ich hatte bisher keinerlei Verbindungsabbrüche. Funktionen: Besonders gefallen mir die Bewegungserkennung mit KI, die zuverlässig anschlägt, sowie das Zwei-Wege-Audio, mit dem man super mit Personen oder Haustieren kommunizieren kann. Ich nutze die Kamera als Babyphone und auch als Hundekamera – funktioniert tadellos! App und Alexa-Kompatibilität: Die App ist übersichtlich und intuitiv. Ich bekomme direkt eine Benachrichtigung auf mein Handy, wenn Bewegung erkannt wird. Außerdem lässt sich die Kamera problemlos mit Alexa verbinden – ein echtes Plus! Fazit: Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Kamera für den Innenbereich, sei es für die Überwachung, als Babyphone oder zur Beobachtung von Haustieren. Für den Preis erhält man eine Menge Qualität und Funktionen, die sonst nur deutlich teurere Modelle bieten. Ich bin rundum zufrieden und werde mir wahrscheinlich noch eine zweite Kamera kaufen.

Très bonne petite camera, discrète avec une excellente qualité d'image, facile à configurer. Le suivi intelligent fonctionne parfaitement, l'envoi des notifications en cas d'alarme très efficace et l'application très complète et facile à gérer. Pour ceux qui utilisent l'antivirus Orange ( Bitdefender ) sur leur tel, il faut désactiver la protection Web ( qui inclus d'office un VPN) sinon pas d'accès à la camera en 4G. Le VPN ne peut pas être désactiver individuellement. J'espère que mon avis vous aidera
