I usually don't get impressed very easy, but I have to admit, I'm totally impressed with this shampoo. WHY?? Because finally I have purchased a product that really does what it says to do. First of all I want to say, that I had hair implant surgery because of boldness in my forehead area. After having the surgery, I have searched and tried many shampoos. I have looked in beauty saloons, internet, magazines etc. I did find few that where ok, only one that I would say was good. But I was not satisfied with what I have purchased in the past. So I kept searching and one night I found this shampoo on Amazon. Due to price being very good ( cheap compare to others in market) and also the good reviews, I decided to give it a try. Boy never been so happy in my life, after a week of using it my hair was much thicker, this shampoo is what I have been looking for. My hair implants are good, but they are thin and with this shampoo they look so much thicker, is like having my hair back when I was in college. So after saying all this, few things I would like to make clear: 1. I did not bought this product for re-growing hair as I already had surgery and I can't tell if new hair is growing back because of the shampoo; 2. One thing everything person must know is that, what works for me, not necessarily will work for you, but in general good products work very well in most people; 3. This is my honest opinion from product I purchased on Amazon UK, I was not given a free product to have it tested first etc.. In fact this is the first time I have seen this shampoo brand. I bought the shampoo & conditioner for the first time a while ago & I have just bought the shampoo again, I really like it so far. My hair is fine & soon goes flat but this product seems to give it some “body” & has a nice fresh scent

I bought this shampoo with the conditioner and serum with high hopes it would help my menopausal thin hair (I am a 56 year old woman) regrow to its former thickness but sadly after 3 months using all 3 products as they direct, it did not work for me at all on that front, and I wonder if it could never really do what it claims in reality. However I have to say the shampoo itself was very nice, it works very well; nice smell, lots of shine and volume afterwards. It was a bit of a pain leaving both shampoo and conditioner on for 3 mins each but I managed to get it into my routine and make it work while in the shower. I would buy this shampoo again if I could afford it, because I think it is quality..but without the added bonus of actually making my hair regrow it isn't worth the price sadly. It might work for someone else.

Love this conditioner. Stops hair fall

I am a 77 year old lady and my hair is extremely thin on the sides and was coming out in handfuls every time I washed it. As a number of my friends have the same problem I thought it would be a problem I have to live with. I was sceptical when I saw Thick Tails advertised but decided to give it a try. From the very first wash with this product my hair no longer fell out. I am now growing my hair a little longer, I mistakenly thought the thinness wouldn't show on short hair lol , and use the shampoo and conditioner every time I wash my hair. As an experiment I used my normal shampoo one day, and was back to square one with hair falling out in handfuls. I am now also using Thick Tails Serum as I have every faith that these products will help with my hair loss. I don't usually write such a long screed about products, but I am over the moon with Thick Tails as I had given up on any product solving my problem.

I struggle with dandruff quite badly, to the point I normally use medicated shampoos and even those struggle to control my dandruff, psoriasis and dermatitis. Alpecin is a hair loss shampoo so I originally tried this shampoo hoping it would help my hair loss but any secondary help with my dandruff would be a huge plus, although I admit I had little hope. I have been using Alpecin for a few months now, the last month or so I've been using it religiously everday, I must admit on my previously coloured, dry, damaged hair the alpecin has definitely caused it to dry further however on my healthy hair it's been fine so a little heads up there that conditioner is definitely needed. 1. I can't say I've noticed that my hair has grown faster, I even had a section of my hair shaved and if anything I'd say it took longer than I expected to grow back. 2. I'm unable to tell if it's helped the hair loss, sometimes I feel like it has but once again it's hard to tell, I have the shampoo on my subscribe and save as I do highly recommend it for dandruff and at the price it's worth a try for hair loss.

Really works

Not worth it. The shampoo leaves your hair feeling like straw. The conditioner makes it soft but quite greasy and I have not noticed any difference I have been using it for nearly 2 months and my hair is not thicker and it is falling out so much.

Lo shampoo che aspettavo da una vita! Capelli voluminosi, super idratati e più spessi (li ho finissimi). Lo uso da qualche settimana e finora il risultato è sorprendente, perdo anche meno capelli. È cremoso al punto giusto! Unico neo non va bene se si usa dopo aver fatto una impacco di olio per capelli perchè non lo rimuove bene essendo una shampo delicato per uso frequente.

La verdad que he notado diferencia en cuanto a la caída del cabello,lo tengo más fuerte,con más brillo y más abundante.

Fantastico prodotto, gia il secondo che prendo capelli lucidi morbidi e mi sembra che stiano facendo effetti anche anti caduta, sicuramente la serenoa aiuta a bloccare il dht 👏🏻👍🏻 Ottimo prodotto lo consiglio

I love this product. I started losing my hair a few months after giving birth and it continued to fall out for a year following that due to stress. I’m almost finished with my second bottle and I’ve noticed considerably less hair falling out when I comb my hair and less hair in the drain after washing. I’m starting to be able to see the hair that is regrowing from where I had lost it before, and it’s making me feel so much more confident. It did take a few weeks to see results as the bottle says, and I am so glad I stayed patient and gave it the full time to work. Definitely follow the directions on the bottle to use at least 5 days a week and leave it in your hair for a few minutes. Before using this shampoo, I used to have a constant burning/prickly feeling on my scalp, but I noticed after a few days of using this shampoo that feeling had gone away and my scalp was feeling soothed. For me it was so worth it to buy this, and I will continue to use this product. The only “negative” thing I really have to say is that this does really seem to be able to clean my hair on its own. If I only use this product to wash my hair, it barely foams up. I use a little bit of gentle paraben free shampoo before I use this to get the oil out of my hair, so I’m double washing my hair. I wish I didn’t have to do that, but it’s the only way my hair doesn’t still look dirty after.
