I originally bought this L-Glutamine specifically for saliva support after a dental procedure left me with persistent dry mouth. I was desperate for anything that could help, and this ended up being one of the only things that made a noticeable difference. After using it consistently, my mouth didn’t feel as painfully dry, and I finally started getting some natural moisture back. A bonus is that glutamine is also known for supporting the stomach lining, and I’ve noticed my digestion feels calmer and less irritated when I take it regularly. But the main reason I tried it — saliva production — is where it helped me the most. If you’re dealing with dry mouth from dental work, stress, or anything similar, this is absolutely worth trying. It’s simple, clean, and made a real difference for me.

I was dealing with a lot of gut issues and this product has been a miracle for me. It's settled my stomach and helped me throughout the day. I now take it every morning to help with my gut lining and pain relief. It doesn't have a taste which is nice, so I mix it in with my daily electrolytes. It's high quality and worth the money, also after you compare the cost to others, you realize that this one has a lot more servings and is a great price.

I love this product. Sometimes I take it more than once a day... sometimes I take it proactively before I have digestive issues and other times I take it when reflux or heartburn starts and it is very helpful. I wait 30 minutes or at least 15 minutes after I take it, to eat any food. I understand some use it for workout and training, but I only use it for digestion help,.

TIP 1: Be aware: Do NOT mix it with any warm or hot liquids - they break down and ruin the L-Glutamine. Use room temp or cold water. TIP 2: If you mix it with anything other than water, you risk triggering digestion, and then your gut is not being coated by the product (which is needed to promote healing), instead the product is being digested by the digestive juices triggered by whatever your mix-in was (milk/juice/etc). You can add pure powdered stevia/monkfruit, though, to make it palatable But check ingredients to make sure it's 100% pure stevia, nothing else! Even the liquid stevia is dodgy because it has "natural flavors" which are hundreds of chemically processed compounds - nothing natural about it at all. "Natural flavors" are highly irritating to a leaky gut. (Research states this, and testing on my own leaky gut confirmed it as well.) 4 stars, not 5, due to the POOR instructions on the tub! And it's expensive.

Such good quality, I put it in my coffee every morning and it definitely helps with digestion and gut health.

High quality, excellent for people with stomach issues such as gastritis. Also protects the stomach. Take with room temp water on empty stomach.
