Great sourdough baking tool.
These are perfect for sourdough baking. I use one with rice flour and one with regular flour.

Versatile kitchen accessory
I’ve been keeping this product in my kitchen cabinet ever since I found out how versatile it is — and honestly, I use it way more often than I expected! It works great for topping powdered sugar on baked goods, giving a light, even layer every time. I’ve also used it on cinnamon sugar toast in the morning, and it delivers that perfect sweet-spice finish that makes simple toast feel special all on its own. But beyond sweets, I’ve even used it to sprinkle savory snacks with nutritional yeast for a fun twist — it adds just the right little bit of flavor and texture without overpowering anything. Whether I’m dusting desserts, toasting up breakfast, or experimenting with toppings, this stuff is seriously handy. I’d definitely recommend it if you love versatile pantry items that elevate both sweet and savory dishes! 🌟

Good for flour dusting
I bake a lot of sourdough bread and pizzas, and this is perfect for the light dusting of flour on the work surface. I no longer need to dip my hands in flour/get my hands dirty/waste flour. In my first order, the lid wouldn't stay on securely. I was able to exchange for a non-defective one. In the new one, the lid stays on but it feels just a tad flimsy. Overall, good value for product though.

Good Powder Sugar Holders with Plastic Covers.
I bought these for the American Legion kitchen. I like that they have plastic covers for them. They work really well for powder sugar and are rust resistant. The holes are good size. Not to small nor big. they do not retain moisture. the plastic cover helps prevent that. They are smaller but they work fine.

GREAT PRODUCT/but lid sticks
Works great for sprinkling cinnamon on tea.. the plastic lid does get stuck, so I just set the lid over the container lightly

Good quality for flour shaking
Seems good quality - works as expected.

Sugar doesn’t shake out.
Mesh holes are very tiny which causes the sugar to clog the holes preventing sugar dusting.

I bought these for my sourdough hobby. They work well with the rice flour I use to dust the cloth lined baskets and also really good for sprinkling icing sugar on baking and desserts. I used to use a tea strainer, this is definitely an improvement and I appreciate that they have a lid to prevent accidents when knocked over in the cupboard

As I was giving the shakers I received a wash before use, I noticed some loose strands of wire from the mesh on the lid that were hanging out a little. If left in place, I could see it dislodging and ending up in the food, which would not be wonderful to ingest. So just be careful when you receive the product that you inspect the lids closely and remove any leftover metal strands that might still be present from the manufacturing process.
