Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-RN Examination, 8th Edition

If you are nursing student just starting out, my best advice is to buy this book early. I just graduated and passed NCLEX and this book made a huge difference during school and studying for NCLEX. It condenses the information down enough so you have the information you need on a topic but also doesn’t provide an overwhelming amount like if you were to attempt to review all notes from nursing school. I wish that I had bought this book earlier. I got it 3rd semester of nursing school, but should have gotten it earlier. It’s a life saver when you are low on time, it also helps to improve understanding when the nursing professors do not explain a topic well enough like hemodynamic monitoring (my professor did a bad job explaining this one). I would highly recommend this book, it is far super than any other review book out there. Happy studying!

I bought a used book which was$9. The book arrive earlier than expected, no torn pages, completely clean. The access code was intact and unused, it worked perfectly when l redeemed it. The seller provided an accurate description and excellent value. I highly recommend them to other buyers looking for quality used textbooks. It looks brand new.

As a repeat test taker, I passed my first NGN NCLEX exam last month (May). I read most of the book (main focus in body systems, complex care and mental health), and I also watched some of Simple Nursing videos and used Archer Review consistently during my studies. All of those resources together helped me pass the exam. Saunders is a great tool for looking in depth information. I am so happy that I am officially a RN!

The quality came in excellent condition considering the fact that it came from a good will. Just some minor wet corners but i can overlook that. On the book itself, I briefly skimmed over it and thought it reviewed important items like fundamentals of nursing, provides a brief explanation and then some questions to practice which i thought was really good.

I recently purchased Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-RN Examination. This book is a lifesaver! It is the best book I have found for HESI and NCLEX prep. The quality of the book was great when it arrived.

Just took the NCLEX two days ago and passed with 75 questions. This is my second try though. I did not use the book. I just used the code to practice on my chrome book every day. I did 100 questions every day for 5 months. The questions I got wrong I will write on my notebook to review. Once I consistently score 85% above on my 100 questions I called Pearson VUE and scheduled my exam date. The questions you will see on your NCLEX look nothing like the ones in the book. So don’t panic. Take a deep breath and read the questions carefully. Ideally I still think it is better to have two review sources to prepare for NCLEX. But I did not have the time. I mainly only used this book. The App the book provided. Good luck.
