Neon Colored Newton's Cradle - Colors May Vary

Utter piece of Garbage. Was a Christmas gift for my daughter and the balls were completely KNOTTED, twisted and tangled in a mess of fishing line that you would need to have a degree from MIT in order to even remotely have the ability to think of how to untangle it. It was PACKED that way...it wasn't an issue of becoming tangled when we removed it. It was packaged that way. Oh and don;t think you can just cut the strings and restring the balls with new fishing line. The lines are fused inside the space where the line feeds through, so you cant just add new line. Not worth 1 cent!!!

My 6 year old son wanted one after seeing a more expensive version on my co-workers desk. This one actually works better and longer than the more expensive desk version.We ended up buying one for my 9 year old daughter since she was playing with my son's cradle so much. For that price, it was a no-brainer.Please be warned that the strings can become easily tangled to the point of hopeless if not transported with care (i.e. shoved in a backpack and taken to school). Yes, we learned this the hard way.I was happy with the vendor, price, and shipping. The only issue I didn't like is that I could not select the base color when ordering. It only comes in one color per box and not multiple color bases as I originally believed (this was probably my mistake and not an inaccurate description online). If you want a specific color; then you will probably need to specify that during the order or call the vendor.

This is definitely not the most sturdy Newton's Cradle on the market, and it is pretty small, but it works fine and my kids love it. The only problem is that it is pretty easy to tangle. In fact, this is the second one we purchased because the first one got tangled beyond repair. With kids, this is likely to happen no matter how much you spend on one, so you might as well get a cheap one and replace as needed. The second one had a color base we didn't like as well and we were able to pull the metal part out of the base and swap the base. I liked that we could do that. For an adult, I would probably spend a little more money and get a bigger one.

This was a toy version of a Newton's Cradle I had years ago. It works ok for the money but I was a little dissappointed thinking I was getting a great value for the one I owned previously. Good for a child and very entertaining. The one I had would continue on for a very long time . This one is rocks for only a short time.

My son has been waiting anxiously for this to arrive, and upon taking it out of the box, we were both very disappointed. It's much smaller than expected, light weight and poorly made. And it's orange, not the blue as pictured. If we'd had an opportunity to see and handle this item in a store, I'd be hard pressed to pay more than $4 for it. We'll be returning this for a refund.

Seriously cheap. I don't know how other to say it other than this is pitiful. The fishing string is thin and flimsy. Ours came today and the packing inside was broken and one of the fishing lines was snapped on one end. We carefully took each ball out and we would have returned it even if it wasn't damaged. What a piece of junk! Do not waste your money on this. It's not worth it even for kids, especially for kids!

Received them in time and in good shape. My girls love them. I have one careful daughter and one who "plays hard" and I'm happy to say that both cradles are still going strong. Cute for on their desks.

i orderd this because i saw it on Mythbusters. i cannot put it down. my only problem with this is the string gets tangled EXTREMLY easly. i recived my first one and within an hour of reciving it the strings got tangled beound repair, but i cant really blame it on the product itself, in other words i droped it and had to order another one. It is so adictive. I just recived my secound one and it works great, but just a minute ago it got tangled again but I was able to fix it luckley.
