You may ignore the stars, as this is comments only. I find this antihistamine very good for putting me to sleep when I am failing to fall asleep at night, though after I go to sleep with this drug, I wake up before I pee in the bed if I need to go in the night! But for men with an enlarged prostate, this drug is likely to promote urinary retention, difficulty urinating or urinary hesitancy. The drug carries that warning (which some may fail to see) where it mentions that adverse effect "trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate". I suppose that women may not have that resulting problem! As opposed to my good luck with this drug as a sleep aid, my wife who has insomnia a lot of the time, finds that the drug does often fails to put her to sleep. Since I have nasal congestion, I also find that this drug seems to open my nose.

It's obviously the same and the name brands or the store named products. It's just much, much cheaper
