Excellent product for reasons described. I used this Boswellia Serrata, 2 capsules daily, for 2 months. Result: after a week or so my back pain diminished significantly. Later, it was almost completely gone. Impressive! To see how I'd get on, I stopped taking this product after 2 months. Within a few days my back pain gradually returned, though not nearly as bad as before. So in my experience, this product is definitely beneficial in helping to manage my condition & I’ll certainly buy it again. The 5-stars well deserved!

Good product, good price, quick delivery, it deserves 5 stars but people often think a 5 star review might be fake.

I bought these after reading about their effect on joint pain, I have arthritis of the spine and have had constant pain and stiffness for approx 10 years, relunctant to keep taking pain killers and the NHS will not do anything to help. I also took the Oxford Vitality turmeric mix alongside. I have to say within a couple of days, I could feel the difference, I was expecting to take this for about a month before feeling any effect if any? Well I now have reduced pain, I can sleep without waking up, so much more free movement. Because I took both together it's hard to say which one has done the trick or if it's the combination, but I am not going to worry about that. All I can say it's a miracle! My back will never get better but life has changed for the better, less pain, more movement. It's like I have had the best physio session ever.

I'm not sure of it's efficacy because I got a really bad stomach ache every time I took it. It is a recommended supplement for Arthritis so it's a shame that I can't tolerate it. But, everyone is different. I've given it 3 stars because, although it doesn't agree with me, it may help someone else.
