Please note, I don't actually use it for fajitas; I use it as taco seasoning. It probably makes good fajitas too, but for tacos, it is vastly better than anything else I have tried. It tastes like Taco Bell used to back in the 90s 😀

My favorite fajita seasoning.

This is my favorite Fajita Seasoning of all time, and I use one to two packets a week. I realized I hadn't ordered enough with my regular grocery order, so I ordered this package to stock up a little. I paid more than I would at my grocer, but I wouldn't be placing an order for another couple weeks. I was concerned if I ordered a pack of six online, what would be the best by date? I was very happy, the best by date of the product I received, was almost 2 years from now. I will definitely be using before then! I received the product as quickly as expected since I ordered with another item and chose later delivery for digital reward. I use one packet for a small batch and two for a large batch. It reheats just as well for leftovers. So I make enough for lunches sometimes too. I don't know how to explain the flavor, because it's not like anything I've had before. I've made this for friends and family and they say it's the best fajitas they've ever had. I usually cook frozen boneless chicken breast in my 8-qt instant pot with only about 2-3 cups water in the bottom. Cooking it from frozen seems to somehow keep the chicken moist and tender. I cut onion and bell peppers (usually green) and add them to large pot with olive oil. I let them cook a bit then add in the precooked chicken cut up, and then the seasoning with water. The key to getting it good and flavorful is letting it simmer a good while with the seasoning. If you have time, allowing it to caramelize makes it amazing!

Tastes great

We are big fans of at home Mexican meals and after trying several brands of seasoning, this is definitely our favorite. Often hard to find in our grocery store , whether low stock or big demand I do not know but either way this is a great product to have on hand.

This is the best fajita seasoning outside of a good Mexican restaurant.

My cooking skills are not the best but with this seasoning anything I make is quite tasty. I've tried other brands of Fajita seasoning but none compare to La Preferida. Awesome flavor. Extra note: extremely fast delivery.
