Terrific for cleaning out congested sinuses. 2-3 sprays per nostril. Then, very slowly, I rotate my head (well, my whole upper body), moving the liquifying snot (sorry to be so graphic) and then, with my face down, I gently blow it out. I find this more effective than a neti wash or saline irrigation. Maybe it even keeps me from getting colds? I don't do it regularly, only when I feel congested.

Has a sweet scent when used, I did not feel much difference when used. Saline may have soften inside of nose a bit.

I was excited that their was a nasal spray w xyitol without grapefruit seed extract since i am allergic to grapefruit. When I asked in the search on Amazon what the ingredients are this is what it said: Xynase Natural Saline Nasal Spray contains four main ingredients: salt, water, xylitol, and grape seed extract as a preservative. According to the product information, it is formulated with completely natural components to provide gentle relief from congestion, allergies, and sinus pressure without any side effects.

Helps to clear my congestion so I can sleep better. Great product. Very pleased.

I have an autoimmune disorder that causes dry nose,eyes mouth. I think this would work great for a normal dry nose but nothing seems to help me unfortunately.

If like me your nose gets really dry (burning sensation when temperature is dry, heating in winter, being in a plane etc…) this is the best nasal spray that I’ve tried. Really hydrates …
