Great little product, smells so lovely! Unfortunatly the scent doesn't stick for long but it does keep you smelling neutral (no sweatiness!) Skin does appear a bit dark around the edges but if you properly rub it in, it goes away. Best not to use too much as you don't need loads!

I'm absolutely loving Pure Chimp products right now. So pleased I found this brand. I'm in Egypt on holiday at the moment and this deoderant is working a treat despite the 37/38 degree temperatures. It's even water resistant so will last a few hours in the pool too. It looks a bit odd, it's a grey cream which you have to rub on under your arms. If it's cold it goes a bit hard but soon softens from the warmth of your hands. It has a very subtle banana scent which I quite like. Definitely my new go-to product.

Didn't work at all to stop me from smelling sweaty. Loved the banana smell but after being applied it didn't last more than a couple of minutes.

I have tried a few natural deodorants but they normally fail me when it comes to odour. I work 14 hour days and have found this deodorant stops any odour and reduces sweating. It takes a while to get used to applying as it is a paste that melts once warmed by your skin, it has a lovely banana smell and leaves my armpits feeling soft. I would give 5 stars but it does leave a slight grey tinge which I imagine in summer may look a bit odd.

can’t comment on the effectiveness of the product as it absolutely reeks of this disgusting fake banana / bubblegum like smell. i have never in my life wanted my armpits to smell of bubblegum it is quite a childish scent and is so off putting i have put the product straight in the bin. it’s so unfortunate as it seemed a good alternative to less sustainable deodorants however they have ruined it with this unnecessary smell. i checked through the product description again to see if i was being dumb and missed any mention of it being banana scented but it isn’t, so i would recommend steering clear of this product unless you want your armpits to smell of bubblegum. seriously it reeks of the smell upon first opening. very disappointed.

I really like this deodorant by PureChimp. Its composition is simple, with just a few and all natural ingredients and no wax. It is very effective, easy to apply and it smells nice. I understand that the banana flavour may not appeal to everyone, it is highly subjective after all, but I like its sweet notes that become even more subtle after an hour or so. The packaging is plastic free and the deodorant comes in a recyclable glass jar with metal lid, all wrapped in cardboard for delivery. An excellent product.

At the beginning everything was great and I really enjoyed using it as the smell was amazing and the texture. However, after what was about 2 weeks I developed an acute skin allergy in my armpits and need to take steroids to heal it... I am very disappointed, it should be all " natural" and I don't have a sensitive skin or anything, it's literally the first time I got a skin allergy to a cosmetic!! Do not recommend.

Ok this is seriously the best deodorant i have ever used in my life! I love all the healthy natural ingredients. Also, it smells devine, like bubble gum and sweets. I used other natural deodorants as im very sensitive, but they weren't as good as this one. I mean after a whole day of sweating and being out in the heat and wearing layers, i went home and i still didnt smell but kindof smelt of sweets! Seriously i think a must have for every person. I hate chemicals and bad ingredients, but this was amazing! i bought this for my mum too and she loves it so much.

I was not going to write a review. But I am trying to find more eco-friendly choices and healthier ingredients. And, when you look around, the quality choices are limited. I was also not enthusiastic about the banana scent. However, today I worked a full day, ran errands that had a mild level of stress, took a 1 hour core fitness class, followed immediately by a 1 hour flexibility class. Trust me when I say that I had the opportunity during class to assess the efficacy of the product. You know what? I could still smell banana. More like a candy banana. I have to say that I am impressed. I used the amount as directed. I did not reapply. It’s not super hot today, but…1 hour of core fitness speaks for itself, don’t you think?

Huele a caramelo de fresa pero es un olor agradable que no se nota apenas cuando te lo pones. Es eficaz, me encanta.

He descubierto los productos de esta marca y me encantan. En concreto, este desodorante huele genial, hidrata y dura incluso en olores corporales fuertes. Y por supuesto, que son envases reciclables y productos naturales. Muy contenta. Lo recomiendo.

I have used this for 3 days now and I’m pretty happy. I just did an hour of gardening in 70° and full sun - I don’t smell! I sweat of course, but it doesn’t smell awful. I don’t love the deodorant’a core scent (it smells kinda like bubblegum), but it’s not overwhelming so it doesn’t bug me. It’s not like other deodorants when you can continuously smell the core scent either so I’m not worried about that either. Overall, super happy with the purchase. Easy to run in and it hasn’t left any residue on my shirts that I’ve noticed. Since you use a pea sized amount, I imagine this jar will last months. Love the fact I can recycle the jar.
