Works perfectly for my cast iron

This oil is great. It keeps my beautiful cast iron fry pan looking beautiful.

I use a small microfiber towel that I keep in a zip lock bag along side my cast irom cookware. After each use, I splash a few drops of oil on the surface and rub in using the same towel which has become impregnated with oil. This is about as easy as it gets. I have been using another product that comes in a solid stick for some time and looking for something a bit more cost effective, thought I would give this a try. Goes on easy. We'll have to see over time how this works out.

This absolutely seasons your iron without putting it into the oven. Make them look like new, and non-stick. Works on aluminum and stainless steel as well.

Bought a griddle for the grill instead of a new flat iron unit because I didn't want another thing taking up patio space. Also got a Dutch Oven set for indoors since I was going to start to Condition all cast iron at the same time. Can't fathom how they use such a cheap leaky bottle, first it doesn't screw on tight at all and you get oil more on your hands then your cloth because when you close the top snap you get drips down the side of the crap bottle. Will definitely buy a different conditioning oil the next time I need some.

I have used it twice and it smokes alot more than expected. I typically season with oils I have on hand and there is very little smoke, as the point i to take the heat above smoke level this is concerning but it does seem to work.

I was so happy to receive the oil. It makes my life so much easier when cleaning and reseasoning my frying pan. It’s clear and easy to use and just the right thickness or consistency to spread easily over the pan. So far it seems to be a better option than regular cooking oil.
