Vidalia Brand Sweet Onion Batter Mix, 16-Ounce (Pack of 6)

This is by far the best batter mix on the market. Have tried 2 other brands and there is no comparison to Vidalia's batter mix. This mix makes the best onion rings ever!

The best store bought batter I've used for blooming onion, really good spice and flavor. Hard to come by anymore around me (VA) even though it's made next door in NC. Glad to see it on here at about the same price as the few places I've found that sell it.

This makes very good onion rings, but I hate paying this ridiculous price for it. Unfortunately, my local stores don't carry it anymore. So if I want it, I have to pay it.

This is fantastic batter EXCEPT that it is over-salty. I'll have to figure out a way to dilute it.

Can be used on more than just onions. Very light and compliments many different fried foods. We have used it on cauliflower, mushrooms, dill pickles chips, green beans, and of course onion petals. Very tasty.
