fabulous
I bought the nano filtration jug, it comes with a complete list of all the things that it filters the runs to 4 sides of A4, we are totally relieved not to be drinking all that poison anymore. You have to discard two lots of filtered water before using it...we find the filtered water tastes almost like melted snow! Very soft and completely different to our south London tap water. I have read some comments about poor quality plastic and the lid coming off. These comments nearly put me off purchasing the jug, I am glad I ignored them, the benefits far outweigh any criticisms, yes the lid does come off when you pour, but ONLY if the filter trough still has water in it, the water in the trough pushes the lid off and water goes everywhere. Simple solution...don't pour any water until it is all filtered through.

A good product
A product a bit expensive but of high quality. The filter lasts longer than most equivalents on the market and keeps the minerals, unlike other products of the same price range. Recommended.

Very pleased
I always drink tap water but as I have thyroid problems I need to filter out the fluoride. Although there are much cheaper options on the market, this one was the only jug to filter out fluoride along with a huge range of other contaminated whilst still allowing the beneficial ones to remain, which was important to me. I did have a query which I took up with customer service and they responded very speedily and put things right efficiently. I was pleased with the taste of the water after filtering and now use this jug every day. Well worth the extra cost and I would definitely recommend

Epic Nano Water Filter
I bought this just over a week ago for £59.00. It is truly appalling value for money as with very little use the filter is reading 78%. Therefore it has used 22% of its filter life in just over a week with, as I said, minimal use. You can work out from this that it wouldn't even last as long as a Brita filter which is considerably cheaper to buy. I cannot recommend this product to anyone which is a shame because my first Epic Pitcher, without a countdown meter, was substantially better but you can't get replacement filters when you need them. Stick to Brita, you can always get them

These Epic Nano jug-type water filters are superior to other brands I've used over the years.
Well, I've been using an Acala Quell jug-type water filter for some years, but they have become unavailable via Amazon Prime for some reason and Acala Quell have recently increased the price of the cartridges AND want £7:00 p&p so, I decided to order an Epic Nano jug-type water filter, and boy am I glad I did. They are far superior to most other jug-type water filters IMO and I can thoroughly recommend them.

98% reduction in Fluoride is the seller!
After years using a competitor's brand of filter jug which did not remove any fluoride at all, the water we now get from this product, tastes like what I imagine "nectar from the Gods" must have been to the Ancients..Very happy with this purchase.
