I just received a small and it is Really small! The large straps are too long for me, but the small front strap is not adjustable. Going to try the medium.

Q: Why did you change the headgear? Does it get loose with time?

the headgear does get loose after time and dirty too if not washed periodically.

Q: Is this "Large" headgear actually bigger than the one I have seen elsewhere listed as standard?

The one I received that says Large on the headgear is identical to the “standard” one I get via insurance.
