Medline Lightweight Junior/Lower Height Folding Walker with 5” Wheels

This is a first-class product. I needed this for a person who is 4'11" and it fits perfectly. I almost did not order because of some wonky reviews (pieces missing, 2 "left wheels", and sundry other things), but I am glad I did order it! I put it together without looking at the instructions. Turns out the instructions are not great, but there is not really much to the installation anyway. Pull all of the pieces out of the box/packaging and then open up the top half of the walker (the top half is fully assembled by itself). Fold out the arms of the top-half and set it on the floor before you start, and it will orient you to how things go together (2 wheels to the front, 2 non-wheel tubes to the rear). IMPORTANT NOTES based upon some of the comments I read prior to ordering: 1. There are white inserts in the tubes. These are NOT to be removed. Leave as is. The tubes will slide right over them. 2. While the rear NON-wheel tubes can go either on the right-side or left-side, the WHEELED tubes have a dedicated right-side or left-side. The WHEELED tubes can only go on one dedicated side. Firstly, the wheels must be to the outside. And the way you can tell if they are right-side or left-side is determined by the location of the adjustment holes and the push-button height adjusters (sounds more complicated than it is. Hard to put into words). They only work one way, so you can't really make a mistake. 3. Use the same adjustment holes all the way around, so it will be level. In my case, I started all four tubes in hole #4. Then size from there for the person who will use it. See the instructions for more details on sizing, and safety. ______ Bottom line, once put together, it is a VERY solid product. Two simple push-buttons quickly and easily collapse the walker. It is very sturdy while still being lightweight. Great value. Warrants more than 5 stars but that's all I can give!

Very easy to put together. All you need to do is put the wheels on and adjust to the height that you want. Also it folds which is very handy when traveling. The physical therapist recommended putting the wheels on the inside to give more clearance and it worked great. For reference this was for an elderly woman 5' 3". I noticed that some companies they are too tall but this one worked perfectly for an elderly woman. It's sturdy, quiet, and of good quality. I highly recommend this product.

I needed a walker to help with my knee replacement surgery recovery. I'm 4' 11" tall. Most walkers are too tall and too wide for me. Due to some knee buckling right after my surgery, I really needed a walker that was suited for my height and width. This walker fit the bill. There are 7 holes, spaced about an inch apart, on each leg. The push button peg is easy to use and slips into the hole that fits your height best. Once I had the walker adjusted to my height, I found the walker to be sturdy and reliable. I also ordered separately, some walker gripper pads and glides to make it more comfortable to grip the walker and walk on carpets/tile. But the walker gripper pads and glides aren't a necessity. More of a luxury. The walker is really easy to fold and store. I plan on keeping it in the trunk of my car for those times when I'm running errands and my knee tires out on me.

This walker provides proper fit for youth or adults 5'4" or shorter. I was very glad to find this walker as most standard adult walkers are for people 5'5" and taller. This walker is easy to assemble without any tools. Just slide the legs into place and adjust them to proper height with the easy-to-use buttons. The 2 wheels on the front legs roll smoothly. The hand holds are textured for improved gripping. The walker is lightweight yet sturdy. The sides may be folded in when not in use simply by pressing the tabs on the top bar.

Height states up to 5'5" . I'm 5'3' standing as straight as I can and at the max height it sizing properly for me. So if you are over 5'3" I'd say get a larger model. That said this is a great little walker. It's narrow enough to get through doorways in older homes easily. Good quality and rolls nicely. I like mine fine.

Finally found something to give a sense of safety and easy to use

This is the perfect walker for my 91 year old mom. She's only about 5'3 so the height is absolutely perfect for her. Its very good quality abd easy to get in and out of the car to take it along.

I can't say from personal usage how well it works as a mobility aid. The wonderful for whom it was purchased says it works 'fine'. They don't like canes or walkers, so that's high praise, as they are taciturn these days. I can say it is sturdy, folds easily and only when desired. No surprise, it is not good on loose dirt, sand, gravel or rough concrete. Eh, let's just say it works best on smooth floors and well manicured grass, the kind that resembles golf course greens. The user is '5 fut nuthin' tall - this Junior fits them perfectly. BTW The pink HPWFHPLF Precut Tennis Balls, ASIN B0B3VPXNQ7, are easy on.

Works great for my elderly mom who's going in for knee surgery.

Without this mobility device my Mom would be unable to have any sort of independence. I highly recommend it. It is light, yet strong enough to help balance a senior or anyone with stability issues.

Easy to put together. Sturdy enough to support my 6'5" 230lb husband after hip replacement surgery.
