I use this product on all of my MIG welders, but it is more noticeable improvement with flux core because the flux core wants to stick at the nozzle more than solid wire

I don't weld a ton so my wire sometimes gets rust spots or dirt, no problem with these on the wire!

It works, price is best I could find. Good deal. It keeps clean the inside of your mig gun assembly liner. Cleans the wire itself of contaminant's BEFORE entering the mig liner.. Improve's & lengthens the lifespan of the liner itself. Along with reducing 'skipping' (to a degree) of internal liner 'wire drag', due to dirt & contaminants. It may not be noticeable to a novice welder, but it does improve the overall weld quality, long term. And reduces the number of liners you'll be buying, over the lifetime of the machine.. Same reason you change the oil in your car. GOOD maintenance.. Simple.

fit my century mig, but since it rides the wire, it better. Piece of felt with a clip, I needed one, but got plenty.
