REAL, UNFILTERED-UNHEATED, RAW HONEY💛🐝🧡
EXCELLENT! REAL! UNFILTERED-UNHEATED! Word for those, who are not familliar with prosess of honey from hive to jar, PLEASE, educate yourself, before giving bad review. I was afraid to order this, because of bad reviews. I am TOTALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY! THIS IS A REAL THING! I used to have honey bees decateds ago, so, you have word of "Bee-heardian". Spot of education: Honey is produced by bees. They collect nectar, wax, pollen from CLEAN PLANTS. They fly miles to find the cleanest fields, when clean fields are not available close by. They build the honey comb from the wax. [Prosess, where The Bee-heard helps, by providing the frame, and the base of wax for, hearded Bees. Bees complete the build prosess of the honecomb, using the wax/ resin, they have collected from the plants of the field]. The nectar collecting bees, fill the honey comb with nectar collected from the fields; and the amazing work BEGINS!.. The water content of the nectar needs to be redused, to turn it to honey. [and smaller quantities of gele'e royal, and pollen]. There are thousands of honeybees fanning and mending the nectar, to get it into proper consistency. Once quality control of the product is passed= bees have turned the nectar to honey, they will CAP the HONEY; that is, they will build wax cap dome over each honey cell, to seal and protect the honey. THESE CAPS ARE THE VARIABLE COLORED SPECKS, that you see on top of UNFILTERD HONEY. THEY ARE NATURAL PART OF THE HONEYCOMB. .... in order to HARVEST the honey: The Beeheard does remove the honeycomb out from the hive. WAXCAPS, of honeycomb, are cut open, which allows the honey to be extracted from the honey comb. [You could imagine loading the honeycombs into slooow spinning topload washing machine, which slooow, and tender spins the honey out from the honey combs]... Anything, that gets out from the honeycombs, drizzles to the bottom of the extractor, from where it slooooooowly oozes to the collector vessel.... THIS IS WHERE THE REAL DIFFERNCE OF THIS HONEY GETS, compared to regular commercial honey. THIS HONEY IS UNFILTERED-UNHEATED. Whichfor, the WAXCAPS, and FRAGMENTS of HONEYCOMB remain inthe end product. This honey is UNHEATED, just as honeybees made it. It has all the enzymes, and microbiome, all benefits of REAL RAW HONEY CONTAINED IN IT. *** 🔥HEATING the HONEY, KILLS the honey! [The store bought, conviniently runny stuff is quite likely heated, to keep it runny= that heated honey is just merely syrup made out of honey. If you honey does not get thicker by the time, you know, that it is heated].🔥 *** No need to go further, with the REALLY RAW HONEY, with the honey prosess, because that is all you get in the jar, " living, raw honey. SIDE NOTE: Some review mentioned, that there were death bees in the jar???? The valuable bees are tenderly brushed off from the honeycombs, in harvest.. they are valuables, that belong to the colony. My wild guess is, that the consumer is mistaken the waxcaps as death bees. *** CONCLUTION, THE PRODUCT, which I got is EXCELLENT! THE BEST RAWHONEY I HAVE SEEN IN LAST 25 YEARS. I pealed, tenderly, the top of the jar in to 250ml mason jar, using 2 clean table soons. My jar yielded 200ml honey with the waxcaps, and, if I am lucky, also pollen and Gelee' royale, as a bonus. There are very few specks of fragments in the rest of the honey in the jar. Honey itself, is beautifully "churned".. buttery, mild, delishious palette... My vocabulary is too flat to give dimencion for complexity of this honey! .. *I highly recommend to familiarize yourself about the usage of raw honey in: beaty, woundcare, burn patient care, first aid, etc. , becibes of the health benefits of taken internally. In addition, pollen intake, and the Gele'e royale... ...because, you might be lucky, and get just a little bit those goodies in the "messy" looking top layer of your jar! Dip the spoon in, let the goodies coat the spoon, dip it on your tonque, and challenge yourself, to see how long you can keep this delish lollipop melting on your tastebuds, before you just have to start lick it! 😃🍭😜 SINCERELLY ENJOY! P.S. Yes, I paid my honey my self. This is not paid review. I made it lenghty, just to HONOR THE REAL, REALLY RAW HONEY, and the HARD WORK OF BEES, AND PEOPLE, WHO MADE THIS AMAZING PRODUCT AVAILABLE TO US THROUGH THE AMAZON. 💛🐝🧡🍯

One of the best 'light' honeys
I have tried a few light honeys and I will definitely be buying this one again (I'll be getting the five pounder.) I know some reviewers have been complaining about the texture. My suggestion is to let the honey sit in a cool area for two days to let the capping rise to the top and completely solidify. When I received mine, the product had been shipped on its side and it was in a liquid state from the heat. The capping was floating at the wrong angle. This caused the capping to mix into the rest of the honey when I turned it upright. To fix this, simply let it sit somewhere cool so the crystallization process solidifies the honey and allows you to scrape the cap away and get to the honey beneath it -- it should no longer contain all the gritty parts of the capping. I love honey comb, however, so I enjoy eating this honey directly from the jar. I just received it yesterday and I've finished half of the jar. It's that good. This is the only light honey I've been able to eat from the jar. Others have been too sweet. This one is nearly perfect to my tastes. Another reviewer said that YS honey is better than this one because YS has an organic label. It is insanely hard for bee keepers in America to offer organic honey, and this company practices organic methods and does not use chemicals on their farms. I trust them, and I seriously doubt that the bees are venturing too far from home if they already have an abundant supply of flowers to choose from. This is as organic as honey can get in America. YS honey tastes horrible compared to this honey. It's almost sickeningly sweet and impossible for me to eat from the jar. This one speaks for itself. I'm going to have to buy a bigger jar for it to last through a months worth of tea drinking. I will admit, though, that I absolutely love the royal jelly offered by YS; it tastes better than their other honeys. While I prefer dark honey like honeydew and neem, this one is packed on site and never enters a barrel. This is becoming a problem for me and dark honey. I want honey that hasn't touched a barrel, and I haven't found a dark honey that offers this. Try this honey if you want something truly raw. If you don't like honey comb then you shouldn't try this. You will get a mouthful of honey comb from the capping, and it is nutritious but chewy. The lids and jars are BPA free. There is a seal between the jar and lid. This is rare; lots of honeys tend to lack a seal and touch the lid through transit. If the lid is made of metal, chances are it has a food liner made of plastisol (which contains PVC,) or it has a food liner that is hiding BPA in it. When you find organic honeys that have metal lids and the honey has touched the lid through transit, then it isn't as "organic" as it used to be. I definitely recommend this honey to anyone looking for a light and truly raw honey!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LISTING/SELLER
I love Really Raw Honey. Truly love it, eat it every day. It's sweet, and not bad for you like processed sugars. The research on honey and how the body reacts to it is amazing--it's totally different than other sources of sugar. Really great stuff. And this brand normally has amazing honey, quality cappings, everything is great. My wife has been ordering me smaller jars from another marketplace that she gets her groceries from. I was going through them too fast, so I decided to see if I could find a larger jar. I found this on Amazon, it was on Prime so I knew I could get it quick, and I was very excited. As it turns out--this particular listing was a major no-go. The jar arrived with a cracked lid, halfway-open seal, and honey all over the outside of the jar. Sticky mess. There were no cappings and a very odd smell from the inside of the jar... not like this brand of honey normally smells. It was an unpleasant smell. So, as you might be able to guess, I did not eat any of it. Immediately requested a refund (that Amazon promptly granted, thankfully). I'm writing this so that YOU, dear shopper who is looking for MOAR HONEY in their jar, will take heed. By all means buy this brand, buy a big jar, but not this seller. Not this listing. No siree, don't do it. You'll regret it.

First time I have tried raw unpasteurized honey
The honey is absolutely DELICIOUS !!!!! The wildflower sent is intense when you first open but as it subsides you smell the honey beautiful aroma. It spreads with ease. I didn’t notice any crystallization. The farmers chewing gum on top is intense. I suggests taking a small bit each time you scoop out honey. Definitely will buy again from here or directly from beekeepers!!!

Unfiltered honey
This honey is the best that I have tasted so far. It came in a glass jar. There were no issues with leakage or damage. The taste is unbelievable. If you're looking for honey that goes well with tea or coffee, use a filtered honey if you don't like wax floating in your drink.
