INC. 31616 Natural Blend Painters Putty, 1/2 Pint

This only required the smallest amount to cover nail holes.

I used this product after watching DYI videos on YouTube. I used this to fill in holes in my base boards and it came out perfectly. I can’t tell there were any holes or gaps after painting over it.

This product is a non-shrinkable filler that works very well and easy to sand.

Product arrived early and after opening, the very top part was hard. After removing a little bit, the putty was soft and was able to use it for what I needed some of it for. The putty filled all the nail holes that I had to fill on several new installed door jams/frames. After letting putty dry, primer covered it an sanded out really well after drying. First coat of paint covered the putty holes very well. There was enough water in the can to cover what was left of the putty, will check it next week to make sure it is still good.

Excellent product

I use oil based paint on my interior baseboards and trim. The hardness of oil resists scratches and smudges (oh those vacuum cleaners bumper marks) and certainty is easier to clean. Do not buy that product they sell at Lowes or Home Depot. That product will not seal and will collect dirt instantly. If you want your nail holes and corner matches to disappear FOREVER - buy Crawforts!!!

The manufacturer is not paying attention to this repeated feedback. This can needs impact protection during shipping, not a loose can rattling around in a heavy box with other items.

I liked the ease of using this putty. Works great!
