Node Fitness Premium Yoga Block (Set of 2) - 4" Thick Foam Brick - Black

Like most everyone during the pandemic, I am trying to keep up my practice at home. Buying these blocks has been a great addition to my yoga practice. So far so good! Light, sturdy, and they look nice!

They do exactly what you need them for, I love cork blocks but I wanted to start with a pair of rubber ones and I’m glad I si.

These are cool. Very thick. However, I’m not using them for as intended; yoga blocks. I’m using them for studio monitors (speakers) pads. For a shock/vibration absorbency and work great! I’m guessing they’re great for yoga blocks also. 😉🙂

Durable, lightweight, well designed blocks good for yoga, fitness, desk ergonomics and relaxation poses. Highly recommend.

I should probably do yoga but I don't. I bought these yoga blocks to use as noise isolation blocks for my desktop speakers. Compared to the purpose built speaker foam these work great and are the perfect size for my speakers without taking up excessive room on my desk. Hopefully they work great for yoga but as an affordable sound isolation device they do the job just fine.

I saved a dollar going for these vs my previous brand. And i kinda wish i got my previous brand instead. These still get the job done, but they have weird little creases in it that stand out. But beyond that they are still the high quality foam that i expect. Of course i dont really use these for joga, and instead use them as a stand for my headphones. But im sure they would work great there to. They have a nice texture that likely wont slip out of your hands very easily. If you are really obsessive about how they look, you might go for a different brand, but they definitely look nice and get the job done.

Not really, but I found a wonderful use for a pair of yoga blocks to prevent arm pain while driving. I drive a pickup truck that has a bench seat, and no center arm-rest. I also have tennis elbow/mouse elbow and I need to be able to rest my right elbow on something elevated at about 8 inches high. I searched for aftermarket armrests, but they were all bulky organizers with arm-rest lids. Then I thought about my wife's fancy cork yoga blocks and got an idea. I searched this site for bargain-priced blocks. Once I got them, I found that using a single block is a little unsteady, so I strap both of them together with a short tie-down strap. Namaste, y'all!

They are absolutely necessary while I ATTEMPT to perform front splits.
