I could never find this item in any of the stores near me, so I was really happy to finally get it on Amazon. The quality is very good, just as described, and it works perfectly for what I need. Definitely recommended if you're looking for this item and can't find it locally.

I really liked it but the problem is after sometime I got really bad cold and I think it’s a cold produt so it’s not for me ,don’t use too much if you are prone to get cold

Great quality, very satisfied. I learned an important lesson which is, like Chia Seeds, Basil seeds require 30 minutes of soaking in water. I personally mix it into cups of Kefir and I have an instant energy and digestive boost.

I enjoyed my carrington farms tulsi seeds, but those were unavailable, so I tried these ones instead. The product seems the same, its just a bunch of basil seeds. But I do like the solid jar and screw cap on this product, and it was available. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Easier to scoop out of a jar than a pouch Value for money: The price seemed reasonable.

I've been using basil seeds for my IBS. Have used many brands. I soak 2 tsp about an hour or two in a glass of water, before dinner. They all swell, but these swell much much more. So much, that 2 tsp in a glass of water, become almost a solid blob ! So, instead of 2 tsp, I now soak only 1 tsp, but that is only for this brand. Other brands, I still soak 2 tsp. Excellent !!!
