No it’s for a commercial walk in cooler door

Why could I not use this on a solid core door in my house that is always slammed?

This is for a 200 lb and heavier door. It will still close your household door too hard.

It’s made for a walk in cooler door. They sell the gate closer at your local hardware stores. I don’t think it would work !!
