Gentle shampoo and would make a lovely gift
I love the way that this is packaged - the box makes it look like a premium product and it comes with a little nut like thing called a "soapberry" which you use as a facial wash after soaking and also can grow your own. I find this quite unique and quirky and would love to be given this as a gift. I love the fact that the shampoo has a dispenser - this avoids using too much and makes it easier to use. As for the shampoo itself - I found it really gentle - I have highlightened hair which is a little dry - this was moisturising and left my hair feeling soft. It was surprisingly easy to rinse out - I have used natural shampoos before and found they have left my long thick hair a bit tangled - but this doesn't. Just don't expect too much lather as it doesn't contain the nasties that other shampoos contain to make lots of bubbles. A good quality shampoo, smells very "lavendery", without all the nasties that others contain.

Absolutely amazing!
I've been struggling to find an all natural shampoo that actually works well. My scalp skin it's very sensitive and reacts badly to most shampoos. I have found one other that it's incredible but I don't like the smell. This product it's amazing! It's very concentrated so it doesn't need a lot to foam up and my hair is long. The ingredients leave my hair soft and clean and the smell it's amazing. I also use it as a shower gel and my skin has been super soft even when I'm in a rush and don't have time for body lotion. Really impressed. The price unfortunately reflects it, but then it's imported since in the States it's not so expensive. But I'll definitely be buying it again in the future. I highly recommend it.

Not easily latherable if you have greasy hair & need a lot of shampoo to clean your hair
I love what this product stands for and that it’s soooo healthy. I love the smell, I love that it’s chemical free and that I’m basically using nature to wash my hair. But I have to say I think I’m losing a lot of hair every time I wash it because my hair is greasy and so the lather doesn’t clean through easily unless you keep shampooing over and over again. I’m shampooing the product roughly through my hair and scalp due to the lack of lather and to try to get it to clean and go a longer way, and in doing so, I’m causing a lot of friction and tug and pull, therefore I’m losing a lot more hair than I’m used to because I’m being more aggressive. I use 12 pumps every time I wash my hair (3 times shampooing 2x a week) meaning I’m going through the bottle fairly quickly and probably using one bottle a month. I do think the shampoo is pricey because a little does not go a long way, UNLESS your hair just never gets greasy. It’s probably cheaper in the US because it gets shipped over here but I think the £10 mark would be better because I do think it is overvalued. If the shampoo went a long way, I’d feel differently about the price, but I don’t think I’ll be continuing to use this unfortunately because I’m losing hair due to the lack of lathering of the shampoo. It’s probably cheaper to find an organic shampoo made IN the UK and one that lathers better and goes a longer way!

Smaller than expected
Great product as it has no nasties at all. I have sensitive scalp & skin that dries out badly from almost any shampoo/conditioner/soap/shower gel, it’s been hard to find products that are actually kind to my skin and have no nasties in them — this shampoo caused no irritation!! Am very happy about that. It has a mild lavender scent which is nice. It lathers okay for a no-nasties product. My hair is very long and very thick and I used quite a lot of the product during the first time I used it - see pics: that’s the amount I used just for one wash!! I had to keep washing & rinsing until my hair got to a stage where it was clean enough so the product started to lather up. I would recommend to wash your hair more often than normally with this product because if you leave it too long (like I did) then it takes a lot of effort and shampoo to actually get this product to work properly. Based on one use now I learned that I will have to wash my hair a little more often. — if hair is less oily this product will lather faster/more. When I first got it out of the box I thought it was smaller than I expected it to be (didn’t even check the size before I ordered) - I think for the price it could contain more product. Maybe they could save on the box?? - the box is very sturdy. It’s a very nice touch but then the bottle was ALSO wrapped in plastic - maybe the product could be cheaper if it only had the plastic around it…? (As much as I wish there was no plastic waste with this product at all! But once there is plastic already, then why not try to keep the price down?) Or just a cheaper thinner box? Conclusion: I’m happy with the product but wish it was cheaper or there was more in one bottle. Very hard to find stuff that has no nasties AND works AND is cheap. — the search continues, but will use this until I find a cheaper alternative…

best shampoo for alopecia!
i had to write a review on this product iv had alopecia for 13 years and this shampoo really helps i have tried hundreds my hair falls out in small patches but this is the only natural shampoo that doesnt dry my hair out it takes a little while to get rid if the bad chemicals on your scalf before u really notice the difference i stopped using it a few weeks ago because its exspensive and my hair has fallen out loads more so i have now subscribed to save a bit of money because i will never use another shampoo when your scalp is use to it a little really does go a long way i wash my hair every 2 days and a bottle will last me a few weeks honest review please try this if u suffer with her loss iiit really does help the lavender or mint shampoo there both amazing!!!

I have eczema and I have suffered from dry/itchy scalp for years, even when I transitioned away from commercial shampoos with sulfates to commercial shampoos without sulfates, I still got the occasional dry spot and my hair got greasy after two/three days. I recently experimented with the Noo Poo method, which is using baking soda diluted in water as a shampoo and using ACV diluted in water as a conditioner and, while it does leave my hair shiny and grease free for a week without washing, I still had dry patches at the base of my scalp. Not to mention the baking soda irritated the raw skin on my neck. When I first tried this shampoo I had high hopes due to the excellent reviews and I have to say it does live up and exceed expectations. My scalp is clear and itch-free, and my hair is smooth and shiny. I noticed a difference after the second time I used it, and I can go a full 7 days until I notice a bit of grease on my scalp. My hair is hydrated and smooth, compared to dry and brittle from using commercial shampoos. I’m happy! I have to mention a couple things: - This shampoo has very little foaming lather but that is only because there are no damaging surfactants in the formula. It will still do the trick and you only need two-four pumps depending on your hair. - if you’re looking for a fragrant shampoo I find this has very little scent. This does not bother me as I have problems with perfumes - I have not tried their conditioner but use rosemary-infused ACV instead, I’m sure theirs works wonders!

Muy buen champú. Natural y con un olor agradable. Saca la espuma necesario para lavarte, y eso que yo tengo mucho pelo. Me deja el pelo limpio y suelto. Mi tipo de pelo ondulado y normal-graso.

I have been using this shampoo now for over a week and love the scent of it. It is fresh and light. It works well in my hair and gentle on my scalp. My hair is long and extremely fine. It gets oily quickly and I struggle to find a shampoo that works well. This is a great product to add to my hair care regiment. I use it twice a week and it helps remove buildup and seems to be making my hair stronger, healthier and have less breakage.

I've never used a natural shampoo before, but I recently decided to stop using sulfates and silicones in order to help tame my hair a little bit. I really, really like this stuff. I've used it 4 times now (I wash every other day, so it's been roughly a week), and my hair feels softer already. I can't wait to keep using it and see just how much better my life is without SLS and silicone. This comes in a pump bottle, but I found for my medium (chin-) length hair that I typically need somewhere between one and two pumps per wash. Using this shampoo is a little different than your typical drugstore shampoo. With a lot of other shampoos, when you lather the first time you get a pretty good amount of suds, and then when you repeat you get an even thicker foam. This shampoo takes that to the extreme. The first time you lather, not much happens. I was actually really disappointed--it was hard to spread through my hair, leaving parts of it feeling dry and other still dirty/oily. But when I repeated, it foamed like crazy! Way more than a regular shampoo would. You definitely have to lather, rinse, and repeat to get the full effect. Aside from that, the experience is very similar to standard shampoo. The shampoo says to leave it on for 2 minutes, which I found unnecessary. Maybe it helps for the "thickening" that it claims, but it gets your hair clean without that. The smell is great, very woodsy and herbaceous. You can definitely smell the rosemary in it. As far as cons go, I have little to report. It's expensive for the amount of product you get, but it isn't outrageous. It also made my hair feel extra prone to tangling in the shower, but I was able to detangle with some conditioner and it wasn't a problem. If you have a real tough time with tangles, be extra careful while lathering.
