Workes and easy to use

I use it at the shop constantly . Works well . I just bend a couple of pins from time to time but that’s more of a user error .

Works really good saved me a lot of money

I was very disappointed in the difficulty updating this device to current specs. It took two days of phone calls trying to get tech support and they never called back. However, when I finally reached a tech, he knew what to do and got me up and running. This item is NOT for the average DIY mechanic! I did use it on my car and it did read my codes, so that was a big positive.

I don't know what I would do without this diagnostic reader. I can say this though, it has saved me a lot of money.

The system works fine. You can navigate around the system, read codes, and watch some live data. But that's really it. And don't even think about saving or printing the data. To do that you need to use the MaxiLink2 software which is the worst PC app ever devised. First it gives you dire warnings about the need to update your software, but no instructions on how to do it. Wandering around the Autel website finally turns up a download, which will then brick your device unless you manage to know how to perform a reset and load _both_ files. And oh yeah, the update is the exact same stuff as is already on your tool, so the dire warnings to update your system persist even after updating. Then to top it off, the print function can't see any data to print ever. Best advice is to use your phone to take pictures of the screen as you try live tests.

It didn't pick up on as many bad O2 sensors that the BlueDriver did. Had to get a refund.
