Multivitamin ONE 1 per Day! Bariatric Multivitamin Capsule

Works for me on a glp1 *on the advice of my doctor* because I eat very very little and was so fatigued I could barely walk across the room. Im noticing a difference in less than a week. ***I am NOT a doctor so please consult yours!*** Also the mint taste is really nice. These do not taste like vitamins and that's a huge plus. They're a bit on the large side since they're a potent multi one-a-day but I have no problem swallowing the capsule. If you can't swallow a calcium pill or a mucinex, similar size except gelatin capsule that floats, you could open and mix the powder with applesauce or water but i wouldn't try to swallow it if that's the case. Great value as well considering the extra levels of important vitamins. Cost is less than many one-a-day vitamins for those on a presumed healthy full diet. I eat a couple hundred calories a day some days and needed extra per my physician. I recommend them.

they have a minty taste unlike the chewable ones had a metallic taste , east to swallow and no stomach iasues So far I like them 👍

absorption is great, easy to swallow, as far as the peppermint smell great but i barely taste it. Easy on the stomach my energy is high and i feel great. must have.

This is a great vitamin with a nice taste. It's easy to swallow and has a minty taste. I meets my daily Iron intake with 45 mg in each vitamin. I plan to update to Subscribe & Save for automatic orders.

Arrived on time . Was as described. Great product at a reasonable price And at least in my case I will only need 1 capsule per day which is less than others.

I've purchased these previously in a larger container. In this 30 day supply bottle, they have a small white bar that I'm sure is to help keep it dry but it smells of strong peppermint & makes the vitamins taste like mint. It's ok as long as you take with water but if you're not expecting it & take it with something that may not go with it, it definitely creates a strange taste!

It's great to be able to get all the physcian required vitamins and nutrients in one regular sized pill. Even greater is that you only have to take it once a day. The vitamin has a minty taste going down. And it goes down easy because its not a gigantic pill. I find this to be one of the better options once you've progressed from chewables to tablets in your bariatric surgery journey. I would recommend.

On my second bottle last all month the size isn't small but not huge ingredients is kinda like it has a minty taste capsule texture that's u can open and dissolves quickly or u can just swallow the vitamin contents has 45 iron in it.
