Approx 60 x 60 cm. 2ft x 2ft. I sent back so can’t measure accurately.

Q: Is this suitable for shock absorption under a running machine?

I use this for outdoors under the kids trampoline on concrete patio and it's been great, so would think it would be fine for a running machine. It's pretty thick
