I’ve been taking this Zazzee USDA Organic Vitex for a while and really like it so far. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I appreciate that it’s organic and doesn’t have a lot of extra fillers. I mainly use it for gentle hormone support, and I feel like my cycle and mood have been a bit more balanced. Of course everyone’s body is different, but for me it’s been a good addition to my routine and the bottle lasts a long time.

I researched this after having trouble conceiving after many years taking hormonal birth control pills and being slightly older myself (36). I took one Vitex in the morning along with two Maca extracts (Peruvian ginseng) and after one month taking it, the next month I conceived. I continued to take the maca and Vitex for the first two months of pregnancy then stopped taking it throughout the remainder of pregnancy. My son is six weeks old now and I plan to resume taking it once I stop breastfeeding to rest my hormones and try to have my second baby! If you worry you are infertile and have trouble conceiving, highly recommend trying this Vitex before you go to a Md for fertility treatments. In my case my hormones were just out of whack and they only needed the few $ I spent on these and maybe $20 more on maca. I never noticed any side effects from taking this (beyond the intended pregnancy side effect) but the Maca is energizing so be sure to take that one in the morning. Best product I have used to regulate my mensutral cramps and heavy bleeding along with diety change. I no longer suffer during my cycle and the bloating is none existent. Until till last two months.. After i started taking these I never had cramps and my periods were so easy. I have been using it for more than 6 months and it's amazing , helped me with the mood swings in btw the cycle.. cramps and all. But the last bottle , I feel it different. The capsules looked little pale. And though I'm taking these, I feel my cramps are again getting worse for past 2 months. So not sure if something changed. I'll ry another brand and see if it's just the quality issue with this.. or maybe just the last bath which I got.

Vitex for the win! I was recommended to take Vitex by my midwife for hormone balance and support now that I'm in my 40s. This natural supplement has help my daughters with her period cramps in a huge way. This is our try to keep my 15 years old daughter out of anticonceptive treatment for her symptoms.
