im terrible at eating fruits so I enjoy taking these and feel like I'm getting my fruit fix.

Me and my wife take these pills along with the veggie pills also. We are older and do not get enough fruit or veggies. The pills helped a lot at first and maybe we are just use to them now. They help your digestive system and did make me fell better so we keep taking them. Don't know if they are as good as the high dollar pills if you know what I'm talking about. You know B of Nature. Just couldn't spend that much and these were very affordable. We like them and have bought more plenty of times.

I like taking these. Been taking them for a few months , preferably before I go to bed. They have give me the extra dose of fruits missing from my diet, gives me clearer skin, and helps reduce skin inflammation/rash flare ups.

My wife's review: I like this fruit supplement. There is no after effect of burping, etc. Just take it as I do all my other vitamins and it is working just fine (I hope, ha). We purchased a different brand that sells the fruit and veggie ones together but I had a problem digesting the veggie one due to the garlic in them. So I tried to get just the fruit one but they would not sell them separately. So I'm glad we also found this one here on Amazon.

I tried it because..I heard so many ads....about that other product "Balance of Nature"- But....that...is soo expensive/per bottle...&....you need to "sign up" for a monthly...automatic renewal.. This product....was excellent..! Left no aftertaste...&...I must say, after about a week..on the "Fruits" & "vegetables"....I did feel...a bit better (More energy..etc ) & again, the price is reasonable...& this is...a good Company..."Nature's Way",- It is worth a try... Richard
