Baby Sees Colors: A totally mesmerizing high-contrast book for babies Board book – September 11, 2018

Got this for my 2 weeks old for visual stimulation and to practice tracking. Initially he was only interested in the first page (black/ white stripes), which I would read and move around in different directions. It was def great for helping him learn to track and focus. Then his eyes developed enough to see more colors and wow! All the swirls and colors, he would get such a kick out of it every time. Brightens up his face with giggles and smiles. Key is to move the book left, right, up, down, rotate, near/far from face, all sorts of directions, add some animated voice with it and you will be sure to get yourself a happy baby! My baby is 4 months old now and it is still his favorite book. I think I will try some of the other board books from this author.

This book has thick, sturdy pages. Colors are bright and baby was tracking with his eyes. (6 mth). He may have been interested earlier but we didn't visit until then so can't really say at what age he was interested.

My 11 week old really loves the pictures in this book. I wanted to start getting him to love books early, and this book is perfect. He focuses on the pictures for such a long time, with wide eyes, and just seems fascinated. It is very cute. I would definitely recommend, especially as a first book.

My baby loves this book and is always mesmerized by the colors and pictures. She takes her time to soak the images in. The book is a thick board book. I would recommend to other parents for their baby’s.

Good colors, well constructed. Good for a 4-6 month old. Not sure I’d buy it again. My 5 month old grandson wasn’t very interested and he likes books.

Our baby really likes this book. I recommend.

My baby has a short attention span for books, but always seems to enjoy this one. It’s so cute to watch her coo at the bright pictures and try to turn the pages.
