One of the most important vitamins you can take!

Finally! Normal levels after many years.
I purchased rhe VEV Vitamin D3 Con K2 10000 IU, 300 Virgin Coconut Oil Softgels and I have been taking this product for 3 weeks. I just found out my vitamin D levels are normal for the first time in many many years. Every body is different but for me this product seems to work when many others did not. Everyday must have!
I take one of these everyday. It helped my wintertime blues sustained my energy through the early dark days and I didn't gain any winter weight this year. No stomach upset, I take them in the morning with water and I don't eat breakfast so I can attest to this. Super easy to swallow because it's so little.

Vitamins are hard to swallow but not terrible
Not sure if it’s worth the hype. Still a little early though as I’ve only been taking it for a few weeks. No aftertaste or tummy issues-so that’s a bonus. A bit hard to swallow.
