Value for money is competitive. I have tried nattokinase a few times and am unsure of the benefits. It sounds like it will be providing benefits for various areas, including arterial health and clear sinuses. Not sure I have actually noticed anything but assume it is doing something. I take one cap per day on an empty stomach. It has similar effects to Gingko biloba and there may be possible interaction if you take both but there are no studies in this area it seems. I haven't noticed any issues when taking both (not at the same time but 9 hours apart).

If I had to do a long motorway drive I would definently take them, unfortunately for me I struggled to sleep when taking them. I am very sensitive to certain things. My husband said they made feel better in himself & no problems with sleeping for him. We are all different I guess.

In the wild wild West of supplement world, I always like to have a Google of the company selling the stuff I'm thinking of putting in my belly. I was pleased to see Health4All certainly seems legit. Off to a good start.I've been popping 4 of these capsules a day - two in the morning and two in the evening - to give me the 4000FUs per dose that was used during trials which found nattokinase to have good clot-dissolving properties. I had an incident after the AZ vax, so it's been important for my recovery to do what I can to reduce inflammation and keep my blood flowing properly. Nattokinase has been one tool in my toolbox for doing that.This formulation includes brown rice flour which, in the grander scheme of things, isn't the worst bulking agent in the world... but there is a brand which has 4000FUs per capsule and there's nothing in them except nattokinase. Just saying.

I stumbled across references to nattokinase on an ME forum where it was suggested it might be helpful for me.I have high blood pressure, not excessively high, but higher than my GP would like for a type 2 diabetic.So after a small amount of research into nattokinase, in general not this specific product, these were the ones I was offered on the vine program to test.They are small tablets, well quite small, smooth, no taste, easy to swallow.Soy is involved in their manufacture so if you're sensitive to it then probably best avoiding these.I have had no side effects or other problems, but I also haven't noticed any downward trend in my blood pressure yet, but its early days.
