I was expecting that this would make my self esteem worse, I have really bad body dysmorphia and always obsessed about what I REALLY look like, and despite what other people have said, surprisingly this made me feel a little bit better. It's a bit expensive for what it is, but It does what it's supposed to.

This Realme V non-reversing mirror shows a true, accurate reflection, which makes a big difference for grooming and makeup. No more reversed image confusion. The size is just right at 9 inches, and the slim design looks sleek on my vanity. It doesn’t come with a stand, so you’ll need to lean it or mount it, but the mirror quality itself is excellent. My only wish is that it came in a much larger size - that would make it even more practical.

This mirror is clearly magnified and it’s awful they don’t disclose that. Reason being, it’s already odd to see yourself in the reverse of what you’ve always known on standard mirrors, but because it’s magnified, you will be really upset by what you see. Small asymmetry of the face, looks major in this mirror. It looks drastic from what you see in a typical mirror and it’s not the reverse image causing this, it’s the magnified factor that will make you think you look insanely different from what you thought. You don’t. You look exactly what you look like in a regular mirror, just reversed. Your imperfections are not that noticeable. Shame on this company for not disclosing you are also looking at a magnified image of yourself. Proceed with caution.

RealMe brand has come out with this new version of a non-reversing mirror, which is cute and effective in showing you without being reversed. As the maker of a competing product which is bigger and more expensive, I still appreciate that they can bring this experience to people for only $50. The key is that it is optically correct, unlike some non-branded versions that are more like funhouse mirrors.the fact that it is small makes me feel a little cramped, as well as its no able to be mounted at eye level for easy viewing on a daily basis, which is the whole point,imo, for having one of these - to be able to check in with yourself to see what you are saying accurately about who and where you are at. But by all means, get this version so you can open the door to seeing and knowing your real self as you are being!

The mirror works as advertised. It is not reversed. I am very asymmetrical so I really hate myself and i see every imperfection but the mirror works. I can see what surgeries to need to have. I finally see what others have seen all along.

The angles are accurate. But it’s slightly magnified so every pore looks larger than in real life. I’m looking for a good spot to put it that’s at eye level. This is a novelty items that’s on the expensive side for the price.

Really being honest, gret product!

I’m not sure if the one I got is just off center or something, but no matter how I look in it I’m leaning to one side. So much so that I actually got anxious the first time thinking I was leaning to the side and I didn’t even know it, haha.The concept is cool, I would love to get a better quality one at some point. But this one as is feels like it’s ridiculously overpriced. It’s like the dollar store version of a hot new item but with the price point of the better one. Maybe it’s just the one I got, but I seriously can’t handle looking into it since I’m basically leaning to one side in it.
