This is exactly what is advertised. The Quality is beautiful and I ordered the 3 inch and after taking it out of the box with in 15 minutes it was 3 inches. The smell is strong, but I opened the windows and within 24 hours it disapated... I have only slept on it 2 nights so my body is still getting use to it. It does raise your bed and I am only 5'1 so it was a bit difficult to get on the bed. The entire mattress with bed frame and topper its 16 inchs high. I really find this topper extremely well made. The Ziped cover does unzip 3/4 around so its like taking off a pillow case but in a much larger capacity. I did wait 24 hours and I needed another person to help me put it on my bed. Its about 20 lbs but being a king size it was also bulky. I haven't notice any heat or coolness coming from the topper. What I love about it, when you first lay on it, I am a side sleeper, I found the support all around the areas needed. The shoulders, the waist etc. Your body seems to melt into the topper and it contours your entire body. When you switch position, the topper expands back to form. All in all I find this topper to be a 10 out of 1-10 points.I will write another review after a month passes to give an update.

We purchased the 4” Cal King size mattress topper. We received it promptly. Inside the box it was nicely wrapped in a vacuum sealed bag. It took 4-6 hours to fully expand. The adjustable straps keep it in place; we haven't needed to readjust the position. The size was true to size; it fits over my mattress perfectly.Once fully expanded, my first reaction was it felt very firm, but once I lay on it, I loved that my body seemed to melt into the topper, and it contoured my entire body. It does not get too hot and feels very soft.My only complaint, it had a horrible chemical smell when we unwrapped it. The smell lingered for 2-3 days; that is the only reason I am giving it 4 stars.

I have a pull-out couch that my daughter uses regularly and have replaced it numerous times. This one, however, is the best I have ever purchased and my grown daughter says the most comfortable. The fact that it is in a washable cover is only one of it's best attributes.

We have used this for 2 nights so far and can already tell a huge difference in sleep quality. We had pretty rough back & neck pain/spine stiffness upon waking previously as well as tossing and turning but since we have had this on our bed, there is so much more support and no pain when waking up. Our mattress was just too firm before but this is a great soft, yet supportive addition!! Very happy with this purchase on first impressions

This topper makes my bed feel like a cloud. I really like it and from the first night I slept very deeply. I have had it now for a few months and it is still just as good now as it was when I first put it on my bed.

Not sure why but the entire center of the topper from top to bottom remains elevated compared to the rest of the mattress topper. Could be we did not wait more than 12 hours to sleep on it and we sleep on the sides mainly. So make sure you allow a good 24-48 hours before sleeping on it. Otherwise it is relatively comfy.

I feel like I got a used item because the box was tore and the topper itself seemed already in fully expanding. Don’t get me wrong the used item looks new though but if it is used I should not paid for a brand new one
