Lovely cool water
I read the other reviews before purchasing, I soaked my water cartridge for over half an hour, it does take a time for the first time you fill the tank up but I found it’s well worth the wait! I have not got a plastic taste, the water is really cool and it’s so easy to use. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Horrid taste will not go away.
Really wanted this to be good. It’s a great idea but the horrible taste you get coming out of it is awful. As someone else mentioned, the issue is in the parts you can’t reach to clean. I have ran about 30 litres of water through this which has taken me about an hour, an hour of my life I will never get back. Followed the instructions perfectly and ran 10x more water through it as recommended but the taste will not go away. Refund accepted, don’t waste your time and money.

One is good and one isn’t good
I got two, one for my self, one as a present to my sone. My one is filtering good and lovely fresh water but my son’s isn’t good at all. It’s got taste like some chemicals, metal and the water its worser from this machine then from tap water. My one I am keeping but my sons have to return it.
