Got this pool in sooner than I expected. Everything was as it stated in the ad. I got it all put up and up and water half way up. Noticed a leak and was upset. Called customer service (Amazon). Told them about it and they seen I really did have a leak and wasn’t my fault. Got my money back the next day. My friend got the same pool same as I did. Thru Amazon. She didn’t have any issues so I have to say it was just a mishap that I got a bad one. I reordered and had no problems

Heavy duty liner. Nice design. I put it together myself in under an hour. The frame went together easily except the last piece. Follow the directions and you'll be fine. The legs I had to tap with a hammer to get them to fit into the base but was easy enough. Seems to be a good quality pool for the price.

We absolutely love our pool! It came very quickly, and it was really easy to set up and install the pump. It’s easy to clean and our kids absolutely love it.

Took some time to set up but seems okay for the one-fifty price tag. Instructions were not clear and setup took a couple hours if uou take your time. (Besides filling it). During filling, you gotta keep adjusting it and smoothing out any wrinkles in the bottom. I have a pice that I can’t figure out where it goes - (white plastic part in the pictures) . Also the filter return connection at the edge of the pool pops off easily. I’ll try to get a metal clamp or something. I bought this with the intention of trashing it after the season, but I may drain and store it depending on how well it holds up. No ladder included with mine. I think it’s the 12ft x 30in. Came with filter and pump and hardware.

I purchases a 20x52x46..I had a company come out level the area, for installation, they used a BOB CAT to ensure a good flat surface, then the put down 3 tons of masonry sand, covered that with the pad that came with the pool...GOOD TO GO BEAUTIFUL, I filled it no problem I love, love,love it..

The media could not be loaded. Perfect for small families. I bought the 10 ft pool and it is the perfect size for my family of 3. Also, we have turf which helps maintain the pool clean and not overwork the filter. It was easy to build with a follow along video and the pool looks great in our backyard. Seems durable and will last us the whole summer. Swimming in it is comfortable and I have not noticed any rust buildup. We did have to buy a floatie with chlorine tablets and a pool cover separately. Buy a larger cover because the intex 10 ft cover did not fit out pool unfortunately. Definitely worth the investment.

I love the pool. The ladder is the problem. The handles get very slippery when wet and since there’s no top platform to stand on a person has to step over the top of the pool. Being slippery while holding rails it’s a definite fall risk. Falling between the pool and ladder is very dangerous. I fell and fortunately I was able to get up. I’m actually very scared to use the ladder again since I live alone. I’m not sure I want my grandkids using the ladder either.
