Shipping an 88 lb anchor back would be brutal. I really don't know if being butt ugly is a reason for rejection. I'm selling it at a discount locally. No. 2 The anchor does not fit in the rollers correctly. I talk to another sailor who had the same problem with his Rocna; he showed me how to fix. Its lots of starboard to wedge between the rollers and the fluke. It's just a weird shank design.
