Wearing this post tummy tuck and lipo. My binder fron hospital was way yo big after a week and swelling decreased. This girdle has been great. I like the 3 velcro straps as I can get tighter compression on my lower abdomen where I felt I needed it and the two straps that you tighten last really help with back support and compression on the tummy and can adjust as needed. Its been easy to put on by myself too which is a plus.

I am using the wrap to recover from my C-section surgery. It is easy to put on and pretty comfortable to wear over all. It provides good back support. I am a petite person and so it is a little uncomfortable to sit while wearing it. For someone with a longer torso, that is likely not going to be an issue. I originally ordered a size 'M' based on the size guide. However, it was big for me and so I sized down to an 'S'. It fits well.

Bought this for after my c-section and it didn’t fit while in the hospital, but it did fit a few days after we got home. There are 3 big straps for the main tightening around body, then the thinner mesh part for tightening around your waist I believe. I find it difficult to get it as tight as I want because everytime you adjust one of the bigger straps, you have to then adjust them all and they kind of lay over one another. It’s comfortable to wear for me personally when walking or moving around, but it is not comfy for me to sit in and definitely not for sleeping in in my opinion. This was my second c-section and I did feel like the band does cut into my incision a bit (but my incision is lower) so I had to wait a little longer before I felt okay to wear. I also have a 1 yr old at home and while constantly chasing them around the house I do feel like I had trouble keeping the binder in place.

I am recovering from a fleur de lis and the binder that the hospital gave me was too short and rubbing on my hip incisions. This binder worked great and I was able to get it tight enough. I highly recommended it!!
